Roleplay done in IM
Mayhem: Jayden glanced around the bar, Neva had told him to meet her there, but he had no clue where the woman was, so he took a lonely stole at the bar and ordered vodka shot. He looked at his wrist-watch and gave a sigh. Where was that woman? He ducked his head down in embarrassment at the girls giggling as the passed him up for more studly men, and the guys poking fun at him for being alone.
Nevaeh: After spending hours in the salon, she felt as though the torture of those evil devices such as brushes and cuticle cutters were worse than the day she was struck by a car. The pain was about the same. The end result, she barely looked like herself. Her normal brown hair was now a vibrant red hue that glistened with blonde streaks to high light and low light it. Her nails had been removed and replaced with fake gel ones that were harder than her own natural nails. She wore 4 inch high heels in a patent leather black that laced over her foot cradling it. The dress, one of the many from Helena, barely made it down to her thighs. For once, she looked like a girl, and smelled like one too. The plan was set in motion, meet Jayden at the bar but not reveal it was her to him just yet. She entered gaining a fair amount of attention from her look, complete with the jewelry to scream this woman was money. Finding a seat at the bar, she sat a few stools down from Jayden but played it off like she didn’t know him. When the first drink arrived, she let it set in front of her without touching it. By the third the men started to approach. Out of the corner of her eye, she watched Jayd paying little mind to those who came near her, dismissing them.
Mayhem: He had noticed the woman come in. She was at least an eight if not a full-fledged ten. He let out a low whistle to himself before turning his attention back to his drink. Anything above a five did not go for guys like him. HELL, even anything below a five didn’t go for guys like him. He glugged the shot back before the bartender refilled it. He was diluting it without letting anyone know though because he had suspicions Jayd was too young from that baby face of his. Jayden signed and spun around on the barstool, staring back down at his watch again when a nearby guy laughed, telling him ‘kids should be in bed!’ To which Jayd just flipped him the bird before stuffing his hands in his pocket and staring at the drink in front of him for a good long while before tipping it back took.
Nevaeh: After a half hour, she kept her eye on him but let the guys fawn over her. Part of her was beginning to understand the allure in dressing up. When she could no longer endure the company of these barbaric men she called out from her mind into his. “Jayd, are you not going to come rescue me? Offer me a drink or come talk to me. I’ve been waiting.” Her eyes were normally hazel but with the contacts, emerald orbs looked directly at him. A red lipped smile she cast in his direction, she waited to see when he looked up and realised the woman not more then a few feet down the bar drawing attention was his friend all along. Her mind pleaded for him to come save her, come be her knight minus the armor.
Mayhem: Jayd blinked and looked around wildly as the voice entered his head. His eyes settled on a red lipped smile. Holy ****, was that really Neva? Jayd gulped, praying he wasn’t wrong as he got up and ordered another two drinks, going over to offer one to the woman, without a single word. He shoved past the other men and held the drink out to her. He was praying he wasn’t wrong, that this was Neva. It would be really ******* embarrassing if it weren’t her and he got blown off like a worm in five seconds flat.
Nevaeh: Much to the surprise of the gathering crowd the woman with the pampered manicured nails took the drink with a broad smile on her face. The looks between the two, turning from one face to look at her then glancing down to see at him, confuse fell over the small group of men trying to bide for her attentions. Attentions which had failed thus far to gain even the sweetest of smiles. That she gave all to the man before her. In a sultry voice, she offered him a thank you for the drink. It stayed grasped in one hand while the other was offered to him, palm down. “I’m Nevaeh, and who might you be?” She didn’t think too far into this rouse to think of a whole new name. Hers would have to do.
Mayhem: Jayden was shell shocked at the huge change. Women were the devil, being able to change this much with just a little make up. He gave a small nod, “Welcome.” Oh, wait, no, that wasn’t cool. Umh, “Jayd.” Smooth, yeah, be curt. …. That made him feel like an *** though. He rubbed at the back of his neck awkwardly. Unsure of where to go with this. He wasn’t much of a dancer, and the seats next to her had been coveted by the men. So, he threw a glance over his shoulder at a sofa near the back, like he was bidding her to come if she wanted, and he walked away to take a seat on said Sofa.
Nevaeh: After seeing his cast the glance toward the couch like a stud, causing a few groans from the men around her, she set the drink on the bar. Behind him, she looked up and down his body giving a delightfully sinful look. “You have to be one of the most singularly intriguing men in this bar tonight Jayd.” She would say something about his looks, but laying it on to thick so soon would give away that the two knew each other. She was going to be a good friend, paying mind to make sure he was the center of attention in the room and how many men in this bar thought he would be the luckiest man in the world tonight, taking her home with him. Or maybe him with her. She wasn’t to sure how those things worked, she just paid mind not to trip over her own feet in these shoes, the death of her would be tripping on one and staking herself.
Mayhem: Jayden watched the woman follow, inwardly geeking out. It’s not that he wasn’t use to women hanging to him like this. Lil did it all the time too, but it was different with a new friend. Granted, she was a lesbian, but he was having such a hard time not blowing the cover. He tried to look disinterested though, even though he wanted to scoff at how NOW the women were paying attention to him, just because someone else was. Societies standards were ********, but he didn’t exactly hate the attention. It kinda made him feel all…. Studly.
Nevaeh: After sitting beside him, she crossed her legs one over the other toward him leaning her upper body in his direction. It did help having access to a computer in her mind to look up all the little tricks and trade to give her hints on how to act. Her hand went to his thigh, caressing it gently with her palm. “So Jayd, do you come here often?” She said in the same sultry voice, not paying any mind to how the guys in the room were either staring intently into their drinks or how the focus of the women in the room were now on him, seeing as she like him and being as she was dressed, at least a 8 on the good looking scale, if not an 8.5. But beauty was in the eye of the beholder, she might even make it to a ten in someone’s book. In her mind, she reached out to his and whispered, “How am I doing? Lean in to me like you are whispering in my ear if I am doing alright?”. She wanted to tell him she was looking it all up on the internet but maybe she would hide away that little trick.
Mayhem: Jayd glanced to the woman as she spoke into his mind again. He gave a lopsided grin, trying to look suave, but it looked more like a sweetly goofy puppy than a cool guy, as he leaned in and whispered something so low that even her vampire hearing wouldn’t have heard it if he hadn’t been right next to her ear, “I couldn’t even tell it was you. You’re a knock out when you try.” He then leaned back and glanced down at her like he had said something witty and charming, when in fact it had just been his gawky teenage nerves speaking.
Nevaeh: She pulled back laughing, a whole hearted laugh that if anyone knew her would have been surprised she could even produce a sound like that. It wasn’t the awkwardness she normally displayed, tonight she was playing a part. “Why you cad! If I had known you would be that devious!” She let a soft squeal of delight out smoothing her hand up his thigh. Instead of looking about the room to see who bought their act, she was looking straight at him, into his eyes. “You are very charming, sir.” Her voice deepened into lascivious tone. If anyone had noticed the placement of her hand, it was suspiciously close to things she would normally reel and be taken aback by, yelling out trunk or something of the like. Yet, she didn’t move it away.
Mayhem: Jayden carefully and covertly gave her a ‘oh gods, no’ look. He was a young, impressionable boy. Friend or not, he would not be able to control physical reactions. So he was silently begging her not so close. Halfly out of embarrassment, halfly because he just felt all over awkward like he was doing something bad to her. He gave a small smile, trying to keep his focus on the act, “I like to think so. You’re not so bad yourself.” He was sure he was going to blow it, he was so paranoid that his face was all kinds of red at the moment, still he managed to keep his voice under control, “So, what do you say? Come home with me tonight, pretty lady?”
