Non-Owner homebound tome makers

To get past the obstacle of Character A owning a home, not being a ritualist (though knowing someone who is) and wishing to have a home bound tome, I suggest the following. Otherwise character A would need to restat (which is more than likely against character) or sell the property to the ritualist.
Option A - Have there be an option to add a ritualist to a building. They wouldn't be the owner but it would give them the ability to create the tome.
Option B - Allow the making of a tome if the owner of the building is at the altar with the ritualer.
Option C - Allow ritualers to bind a tome that has just been passed to them to the passers property.
It's maybe a ***** to code but it would be super duper great if there could be -something-
