--The following transcript was a live chat roleplay--
This RP takes place on Tuesday 20th May 2014.
Keara: He slipped by her once and she was none to impressed, so when he came back to her the dagger was already in her hand. The moment he was in sight she hurled it him. “Vile you are! Vile! Care for me you do not. Trust me you do not. Leave with you I shall not!” There were a number of things she were angry about and she was sure that Enver knew exactly what he’d done wrong and exactly why she was so upset.

Enver: He weaved out of the way, or at least attempted to. It slid through the air and nicked his forearm before hitting the wall behind him and clanking to the floor. "What the hell are you on about?" He ran a hand through his hair, not knowing what she was on about. "And you're leaving with me. We decided it a couple nights ago. Boats ready."

Keara: She heard the blade hit the wall and drop to the floor and as he claimed he had no idea what she was talking about she summoned it back into her hand. She then advanced on him brandishing the blade. “Know you do what done you have. First leave me you do. Then injured I am. And care you do not. Then run after your whore you do without so much as a word to me. Trust me you do not!” She was getting angrier and now the atmosphere was starting to feel it. A small whimper came from the ritual room as Gizmo sheltered himself from the coming storm under the altar.

Enver: "Damn right I left you. You're always taking his side." He scoffed at her. "Every time he pushes the boundaries, you always defend him!" He scowled at her as he crossed his arms at his chest. "Run after what whore? I don't have any god damn whores. You're being ridiculous." He cleared his throat. "And I care when you're hurt, but when you're hurt by someone else, like those assholes in those raids, you blow it off. You attacked the damn decoy, knowing it was a decoy."

Keara: “Attacked it I did not,” she growled. “Tried I did for you home to summon. Injured I would not have been if run off you had not. You this to me did.” She backs him up against the nearest wall, the blade at his throat. “Lie to me not Enver. In no mood am I for this. Robert matters not. Friend he is and defend I shall a friend if unreasonable being you are. As for your whore,” she sneered. “Hiding her in your theatre you are. Me you do not trust. Asked you did not your wife to help.”

Enver: He let her back him in to a corner, then howled in laughter at her accusations. It might get him stabbed, but it was hilarious to him. "I'm unreasonable? If you know she's there, then you know I haven't been there all damn night. I just told her where to go for easy access to family members. And had I asked you to help her, I'm sure that would have opened a whole new can of worms, yeah?" He shook his head, still chuckling. "You're going to give me another scar. Don't complain to me when we can't go out in public next century." he nodded his head. "And you would defend Pratt. You make paintings for him on whims. I'm not surprised."

Keara: She drew the dagger back as he talked and was about to plunge the thing into his chest only… he was right, she was about to give him another scar. She was furious and had to stab something and so she ran through her options. Enver. No. The wall. No. (The wall could damage the blade). This only left one option. Her. She growled as jammed the thing right through the her palm, only stopping when the hilt forced her too. The pain distracted her and cleared the building storm, at least for now. “Trust… me… you… do… not.” Each word was filled with bitterness and pain but there were no signs of any tears, like there were when she’d been pregnant.

Enver: He stared at her and sighed. "Trust you to do what? It's not like I hide anything. It was there in the family board. Where you can see it." He glared at her. "Knock that **** off. You know I don't like it." He grabbed for her hand, not sure if he wanted to smack it out of her hand or grab her hand and start to tend to it. "Not everything is about you, beautiful. This instance wasn't about you. I was curious about something. And got my answer hours later." He shrugged his shoulders.

Keara: She slowly withdrew the dagger and held it down at her side, her blood dripping both from the wound and blade, only to dissipate in the air before it hit the ground. “Trust me with you whore you do not. Supposed she is your child to be. Learn of such things I should not have to online. Ability you have for me immediately to tell.” She wouldn’t look at him and despite holding the dagger in her right hand, she was still able to pick at the wound with her fingernails. “Care I do not if like this you do not. My hand it is. Hurts you it does not. And no scar left shall be,” she whispered bitterly.

Enver: "There's nothing to tell!" He growled at her before dropping her hand. "She ******* texted me, I told her to go to the theatre for a damn good reason. One that didn't involve you this time. You're being ridiculous and unreasonable." He brushed past her. "She's not my whore. You know that's not true. I'm with you all the god damn time." He reached in to his coat pocket and pulled out his pack of cigarettes, lighter, popped it in his mouth and lit it. "I trust you enough. Can't depend on you for every damn thing. Not right or fair on you." He muttered. "I have other 'family' supposedly. So we'll see."

Keara: Again the urge to stab him flared up. “Tell you I do everything and tell me you do nothing,” she mumbled. Her hand tightened on the hilt as she considered using the dagger again, only this time she caught herself before doing it and forced herself to sheath it down the side of her boot. The blade secure, she shoved him back to the wall with both hands, wincing a little to use her injured hand. “I all you need should be. Though I did that we a team are. But exclude me you do. Run from me you still do too. When angry you are.” She beat against his chest with the side of her clenched fists. “Love you I do but you me so mad do make.”

Enver: "I tell you what's important." He denied the accusations. "Not everything seems like something to tell because it's not that important. She did something stupid, learned from it and that's the end of it." He grabbed her wrists in an attempt to get her to stop beating on his chest. "We are a team. What, you can give her everything she needs tonight? Before we leave? All by yourself? Don't think so."

Keara: She half-heartedly fought against the grip he held on her wrists. “Double I could the blood that now in her veins is,” she whimpered in a rather pathetic manner. “Drain myself of my magics for you to help I would. Now you do that.”

Enver: "But you couldn't do it by yourself." He pointed out before sighing again. "So, we'd need more help, right?" He shrugged his shoulders. "And I'd do the same for you, but I don't expect you to help someone you don't really know, or like." He cleared his throat. "But she's part of my family and Rivers. So I'd hope someone in there would help. I was just looking to see who was around and who would. Seems not many. Not that I blame them much."

Keara: “No but you powers also have. We this likely together could have done,” she grumbled. “And I your family am. Least thought I did that we family were.” She wrenched her hands from his and moved away from him. “Tell me you do that Robert between us has come and then distance me you do from your family. Of whom I no part am.”

Enver: "No. Together we could not have done it." He shook his head. "Pretty sure anyways." He shrugged his shoulders, not real sure on that. "And yeah, you're my family, but so is Falcon. Do you consider her family?" He asked her realistically.

Keara: “Together that we could have done,” she corrected him. “Summoned spirits I could have too. Forget you do my skills. Matters not what think I do. Excluded me you have.” She moved to stand on the opposite side of the room to him.

Enver: "Excluded yourself." He corrected her. "Lorde is part of our family, but Falcon isn't." He followed after her. "And maybe we could have, but again. Why should we? You don't have **** to prove to me."

Keara: “Do it for mine we would. And exclude myself I did not. Lorde the only one of your childer is for whom you care. Trying I am with her. Accepted her I have. Like her even I do. Much like me she is. But you. You me did not tell. You this from me did keep. And prove myself I must daily. Else lose interest in me you shall.” She kept her back to him and leaned against the doorframe as she listened to Gizmo’s heartbeat which was fast but normal for him.

Enver: "What the hell are you on about? Lose interest in you? Who the hell told you something stupid like that?" He growled, moved through the door and around her. "You're talking ********. I'm mad about how Pratt keeps sniffing around you and then you decide to pick a fight with me over nothing. I have more to be worried about then you do." He scowled.

Keara: “What have you for to worry over? Worry I must for one that your blood is not. Worry I must for your sire. If called now she did, leave me you would. Alone I then shall be.” She turned her back to him, pressed it to the wall and slid down it till she was seated on the floor.

Enver: He scoffed. "That's stupid. I wouldn't go leaving you. We have plans. She can piss off." He winked at her, chuckling. "She's not my blood. Big whoop. Neither is Pratt, but you seem pretty damn comfortable with him." He turned the table back on her.

Keara: “Robert my family is not. He your friend is. He Deanna’s boyfriend is.” She pulled her knees to her chest and wrapped her arms around her legs. “Want you they both do,” she whispered as she rested her forehead on her knees and babbled into her chest. “You mine are.” The last statement didn’t come out as it should have, as instead of sounding like a fact, it sounded as if she were trying to convince herself of that.

Enver: "No one wants me." He scoffed, looked around and then shook his head. Enver sat down in front of her, then looked down at his watch. "Should have left hours ago." He grumbled, annoyed this was coming up from nowhere. "No one wants me like you do that is. You're being ridiculous."

Keara: She lifted her head up to look at him, her eyes showing how hurt she felt. “Ridiculous I am not. No more than you. You upset with me are for a painting to do. Then leave me you do for another. Trust you do your sire over me. See it you do not. That want you they do.”

Enver: "I'm not upset with you. I'm pissed off at him. He's sniffing around too damn close to you." He scowled harder. "They don't want me. They need me. Different things." He nodded his head. "Falcon needed help. River needs me because there's no one left that she's sired. That's all it is."

Keara: “Need. Want. No difference is there for them. Sure of that I am,” she sighed, leaned back against the wall and then leant forward slightly to smashed the back of her head back against it. “And lying you are. If angry at him you, me you would not have left. If you me had not left then summoned you I would not have. Injured myself I would not have. Then left me again you did.” Gizmo had snuck closer to the pair and was creeping across the floor on his belly trying not to be noticed.

Enver: "I'm not mad at you." He repeated himself before he shook his head. "Sure. Fine. I'm frustrated at you. You're too damn nice and don't know how some people are. How things work in this world on some things. I'm damn sure Pratt wants you. You just don't see it." He nodded his head.

Keara: “The same feel I do over your sire and your childe,” she says as she half-heartedly punches his shoulder. Gizmo inches closer, while still wary of the situation, he’d decided mum needed a cuddle and so tucked himself in against her side. Instinctively Keara dropped her hand to stroke behind his ears and down his back. “And matters not what Robert wants. I yours am.” She stopped stroking Gizmo long enough to lift her hand and point to her rings. “See. I your rings wear. And even if wore them I did not, yours I still would be. Yours I was long before I that I did know. Change that no-one but you can.”

Enver: "So I should just believe you? But you don't believe me?" He looked at her candidly before looking down at her wedding rings and at the dog. "Not sure why you're so damn threatened by women I see once every few months and talk to about the same amount."

Keara: “Said you did that you mine alone were? Remember those words I do not hearing,” she said as she pulled Gizmo into her lap. “Threatened I am by any that your attention draw.” She looked down at Gizmo as she confessed this, though she was almost certain it wasn’t something he didn’t already know. “Fear I do for you to lose, more than fear I do for to that realm to go.”

Enver: "Didn't know I had to say it. Thought it was pretty damn obvious. Don't think we're ever apart for too long." He shook his head. "And your fear is irrational because of what I already said. I'm always with you. Always doing things for you or the family. How much more do I have to prove myself that I'm yours?" He stood up. "I'm going on our planned trip. And you're coming with." He said as it was a matter of fact and to him it was. "No reason for you not to go."

Keara: Keara pouted. “I the same could say. Always with you I am. Worry you do that I too nice am but polite only I am. For you. For my sister.” She held out her hand to Enver, as she placed her other under Gizmo, so that she could cradle him against her while she waited for Enver to help her to her feet. “Stop make first we must… Gizmo his female requires does.”

Enver: He groaned. "What?! That could take hours." He grumbled before glaring down at the dog. "Fine." He slumped his shoulders forward before he took her hand and yanked her off the ground. "I'm yours and just yours. Got it? Get it through your head. Yours. Always." He pressed his lips to her temple.

Keara: She smiled as he kissed her and bit her lip. “Got it I have… Though hurts it would not for that on occasion to hear.” She switched Gizmo into her right hand and nestled him against her, so as to take the pressure off of her injured palm, before she used it to take a hold of Enver’s hand. “Love you I do My Enver. And hours it shall not take. Breeder found I did online.” She raised the hand of his she held up and kissed the back of it. “Sure I am that we soon upon the boat shall be. Should we our family tell? That away we are?”

Enver: He looked down at her in surprise. "You found one online?" They had only talked about it a couple nights ago. Getting another dog had been on her mind for a while it seemed. His shoulders raised up and down before he tugged her towards the elevator. "I'm sure they can cope without us for a couple nights." He grinned wide at her before he planted a kiss on her lips. "Let's get the dog and get the hell out of here."

Keara: She didn’t need to look up the address. She knew where they were going and it never took them long to get anywhere in the city these days. As they approached the breeder’s home she turned to Enver and smiled. “We a puppy of the same breed as Gizmo require…yes? His match he will not within another breed find. Perhaps.” She sounded genuinely concerned and looked down to Gizmo, stroking his little face before tickling him under the chin.

Enver: "I guess so. Makes sense." He shrugged his shoulders, not real sure. "Has to be small. Like him. Doubt he wants her to be double his size. Would look funny." He nodded his head as he looked at the dog, then at his wife. "You know, he can walk. He's got four legs." He looked at the house and then at the two of them again. "You sure this place is reputable?"

Keara: She bumped her hip to his. “Walk he can. Yes. But small legs he has and so much ground he cannot cover. Matter it would if the female bigger than him was?” She hadn’t much considered size to be a factor, only that he might prefer a female of his own breed.

Enver: "Well, yeah! Can't be downplaying his own size. Poor guy isn't going to get much bigger." He nodded his head before he narrowed his eyes at the dog. Getting another one would do them all good.

Keara: Keara looked at Gizmo questioningly. “Knows he does that he tiny is?” She’d clearly never considered Gizmo as having given any thought to his stature. “Smaller she will be… In the beginning. Puppies grow yes.”

Enver: "Well, if she was bigger and he was standing by her, he would know. Don't you think?" He nodded, sure the dog would know. "And yeah, he'll grow bigger, but if she's already double his size, poor guy. We've got to get him one just like him. Or at least as small as he is and will be." He headed up to the door and pushed the buzzard.

Keara: Keara stopped at Enver’s side and jostled her puppy while she waited for the door to open. It was still early enough that a visit at this time of night wasn’t going to too much of an issue. Gizmo squirmed and yipped, clearly getting excited by the scent coming from the house, as he knew there were playmates on the other side. “Shh baby. Patience,” she cooed.

Enver: The door opened and behind it was some woman in her middle forties, he would guess. "Can I help you?" She asked, looking at the dog in Keara's arms, then at Keara and finally at Enver. "You must be here for the puppies! Does he have a leash? Or will you promise to hold him? They haven't interacted with any others outside of their litter." She informed them while opening the door wider.

Keara: Keara didn’t smile at the woman, though her lips did curl slightly as if she wanted too. “Hold him I can. That no problem is. Like we would for the puppies to see.” The woman looked her over and then turned her eyes to Enver wondering how the pair were connected and why the woman spoke so strangely? Keara looked to Enver and waited to follow him in as and when the woman allowed it.

Enver: "Oh! Good, good! Come in! I have plenty of them left. Five of the six that were born." She went on to talk about how she had them all checked in with a vet already and had papers ensuring they were pure breeds, just like the one Keara was holding in her arms. "He needs a friend. Socially." Enver spoke as he stepped inside the home and looked around. She had puppies, but who knew what else she had? She could be anyone. "How much are they again?" He didn’t know how much dogs like this went for, but money really wasn't an issue. He just wanted to see if she was going to try and scam them.

Keara: “Oh just five hundred dollars,” the woman replied, trying to play down the price of the pups. They weren’t that expensive as far as puppies go but they were perhaps a little pricey for the breed. “Of the five. How many females have you?” Keara asked, her question almost contradicting what Enver had said about wanting a pup for Gizmo to socialise with.

Enver: "Two." She said as she led them to a room where there were two different areas of cages. One caged area had two females, the other, presumably three males. "Those are the two." She pointed to what was already obvious. "Five hundred bucks?" Enver scowled, looking at his wife. This woman was obviously scamming. No wonder she still had some puppies left. Any idiot would know she was scamming.

Keara: Keara palmed Gizmo off on Enver and practically ran over to the pen with the females in. There was one pure white ***** and one that was white and mottled with little brown patches. “Oh,” Keara gasped. “Tiny they are.” Without asking she scooped up both pups, one in each hand and both wriggled fiercely. Animals were not usually as trusting of vampires as Gizmo was but one struggled noticeably less than the other.

Enver: "Five hundred god damn dollars my ***. They **** out gold or something?" Enver continued to scowl as Gizmo was plopped in his arms. "I did get them their first check up and shots." The woman emphasized that point as she watched Keara make herself at home with the pups more or less. "Are you thinking of breeding them?" She asked Enver, who snorted. "No. I don't think so." He looked at his wife to see what she thought of breeding them.

Keara: “Oh no,” Keara said whirling around with the pups in hand to glare at Enver. “Breed them we shall not. But think I do that he perhaps a female’s company prefer would. Crude things to our legs he does,” Keara said very matter of factly. The mottled pup was trying desperately to get away from her now and as she pulled her round to look her in the eye, the little thing shivered. “This puppy likes me not.” As she realised this she put it back in the pen.

Enver: He was relieved when she said they wouldn't be breeding them. One was alright, two was probably going to be a nightmare. He remembered how long it took Gizmo to stop chewing on everything! Now he just chewed on select items it seemed. He chuckled when she said something about their legs and then tugged at the collar of his shirt. "We have to get him fixed still." Enver explained to the woman as she approached Keara and the female pups, with a wary eye. "450 seems like a fair price." He mumbled after her.

Keara: Enver was haggling over the price and Keara rolled her eyes, leaving him to it. She lifted the tiny little white pup, holding her in both hands and while she still trembled slightly in fear, she didn’t growl or defecate on her. “Perhaps show her we should to Gizmo?” she said stepping closer to her husband. “She pretty is. Yes?” She turned the puppy so that Enver could see her sweet little face and waited for his reaction.

Enver: "450 is too cheap. Maybe 475 would be reasonable. They are purebreds that have been looked after for weeks." The woman wasn't willing to go that cheap, but she was willing to go cheaper. Good enough for him. "He can't answer-You were asking me?" He chuckled, looked her over and then shrugged his shoulders. "Don't you think she might get dirty a lot? She's all white." He pointed out.

Keara: “Bathe her I can,” Keara said sounding injured as she pulled the pup back to her in a protective manner, obviously already getting attached. “And yes asking you I was. Gizmo’s voice I did not use,” she reminded him as she usually spoke to the pup as if he were a baby. The woman hadn’t forbid her from introducing Gizmo to his possible new playmate, so Keara stepped forward and held the pup out so it was just out of Gizmo’s reach, watching how they would react to one and other and ready to pull the female back if Gizmo tried to nip her.

Enver: "Well yeah. But might be a lot of doing that." He shrugged, not really caring one way or another. He doubted he'd be the one making sure she was kept clean. His wife more or less did that with Gizmo, so why would this one be different? "She's pretty." He nodded his head in agreement. "I'd pay 475 for her." He held Gizmo out to the white puppy for him to get a sniff of her. "What do you think, boy?" Gizmo pressed his nose deep in to the neck of the white fluff ball, then pressed his nose to the front of her face.

Keara: Keara watched and then smiled at Enver. “Think I do that he happy with her seems.” Gizmo began licking the little female’s face as if he’d always known her, perfectly content with her company. The ***** even stopped shivering in Keara’s hands and tried to get in a few licks herself. It was strange to see how friendly they both were. “Like her I do.” She nodded.

Enver: "Course you do. He was free." He reminded her as he grumbled and fished out his wallet. "I'll want those papers for her." He told the lady as he started counting out some large bills. She disappeared for the papers before he looked at Gizmo. "Maybe now we can come to a truce and you can stop chewing my stuff."

Keara: She ignored the fact that he seemed to be complaining about the price of the puppy, a part of her believing that he was putting on a show for the breeder, as Enver had bought her far more elaborate gifts in the past. “Likes he does your belongings,” she gave Enver her crooked half smile, as she tried not to show her fangs, since the breeder had returned with the papers. “Pretty female,” Keara cooed as she pulled the ***** back to her.

Enver: He handed her the cash and took the papers the woman had. He didn't know what they were supposed to look like, so would take it for word value. These said what they needed to say to assure whoever wanted to buy the puppies that they were purebreds. "Yeah, well if I did what I liked all the time-" he trailed off, not really sure where he was going with that though. "I think we'd be on vacation more. That much is sure." He nodded. "Now you have to think of a name for her." He looked at the wad of cash, hoping this was a worthwhile investment.

Keara: He confused her when he started talking about doing what he wanted. He’d been the one to bring up the subject of getting another pup, even if she had already considered it herself. “Name for her choose we can. Tell us she shall. Perhaps. Time we have for that to do while on the boat we are.” The breeder looked Enver over, his style of dress didn’t speak of money, neither did the fact he’d haggled over the price but if he had access to a boat… Then he had to have some money.

Enver: "Guess we'll see." He shrugged his shoulders. "Hope he likes her. And this just isn't some honeymoon phase for dogs." He lifted Gizmo up so they were eye to eye. "Got you your friend. You have to be a good example for her." His tone was firm and somewhat assertive, maybe even scolding. "Chewing my things is not a good example."

Keara: Keara hid her grin behind her free hand, having put this pup under her arm in the same manner she usually carried Gizmo. “Leave we should,” she said as she began moving towards the door. “Thank you,” she gave a quick nod to the breeder and let herself out.

Enver: Enver didn't say anything to the scam artist. He could have probably haggled her for a little more off the price of the pup, but Keara seemed eager to go and get out of here. Which in his mind meant she was eager to get going on their vacation. "Think he'll be happy now?" He asked her as Enver put Gizmo under his left arm and carried him close to his stomach. He would have let the thing walk, but Keara was holding the new one and he knew she wouldn't let him make Gizmo walk.

Keara: “Hope so I do. Though think I do not that he unhappy before was. Female for him good idea was though. Most clever you are,” she said giving Enver the credit as she placed her free hand behind his neck and drew him in to kiss him. “And now time we have for with them both to spend. Then alone we should be able to leave them once home we are.” She’d continued the conversation after they kissed, but she’d kept her hand in place, her body close to his, as she smiled at him now, her fangs showing as she did so.

Enver: "Well, yeah. I mean hanging with the guys is alright, but having a warm body to keep the bed warm in winter is better." He winked down at her and chuckled, obviously soaking in the credit for this being his idea all alone. He ignored the rest of what she said when he saw her smile and he slowly gave her his own, goofy smile. "Yeah. They can stay alone sometimes. To get acquainted properly. Was that your fangs I saw?" He gave her a look of shock before he kissed her. "Guess we'll have to stay like this a while until you tuck them away." He stepped in to her space, his lips still kissing hers, forgetting about the dogs for right now.

Keara: She laughed when he mentioned her fangs, even though she knew there was no-one about them to see, though that didn’t stop her from getting as close to Enver as she could as if she did need to hide them. When their kisses became more passionate Gizmo began to wriggle and whimper as a reminder that he was still there, the ***** however sat perfectly still, her nose in the air as she took in the scent of the great outdoors.

Enver: He groaned when the dog made a noise, not sure which one it was, so Enver looked at the both of them. He grumbled an apology out in case he had squished one of the dogs before he backed away from his wife. Just a tiny bit. "Do they have to come with us?" He asked, his tone a little defeated.

Keara: Keara couldn’t help but laugh at the question. “Yes. Come with us they must. Need we do for with them to be while learn of one another they do. Though…Sure I am that our full attention in that they do not require.” She ran her fingers up the front of his t-shirt and then lightly brushed her fingertips across his jawline before pushing herself up on her toes to lightly press her lips to his. “The sooner we the boat do reach, the sooner we the puppies upon the floor can set.” She gave him a very knowing smile and disappeared, using one of her powers to reach the docks as quickly as possible.

Enver: And like that she was gone. He assumed to the boat, because they were leaving on vacation that method. "She cheated. She knows I can't run fast with you." Enver looked down at the dog. "Guess we'll have to take the train. Or maybe..." He stopped talking to the dog and let his mind wander in to his wife's. Think you can summon us? My running isn't really quite perfected yet. Gizmo doesn't want to end up in a doggy cast or anything.

Keara: She was still laughing at his message when he materialised in front of her. She quickly set the as yet unnamed female on the floor, allowing her to explore and looked to her husband waiting for him to place Gizmo down so that she could pounce on him.

Enver: Once he was on the boat, Enver didn't waste time putting Gizmo down so he could finish what he started. Or what she had, but since he continued and antagonized more, he felt as if he started it. He walked over to her, grabbed her and hoisted her over his shoulder to the only bedroom on the boat.

Keara: Keara was more than happy to have her plan foiled as he picked her up and headed for the bedroom. Over his shoulder she could see Gizmo sniffing around the new addition to the family, his little tail wagging as he did so. The female’s tail wagged intermittently as she tentatively sniffed him back. This was the last image of the pups Keara had before Enver stole her attention so completely.
