Path of the Vampire forum

Thinking about the recent discussions about why people do not rp in Around the City, I had the thought that if the forum owner received some benefit from postings there, they might come up with reasons to have others post rp in these areas. I was thinking something along the lines of 10% rpp gain of all rpp generated in the forum.
