Alert level %

I want it removed from view.

There is 0 reason for players to see the alert level percentage and FAR too many people take that percentage IC as justification for x, y or z.

Yes, it's got an OOC line above it, but then it has an IC line below it. OOC = square security. IC = weather. It's confusing to new players and an easy cop out for old.

So to make things easier and less complicated and all IC, I say remove the percentage and make us rely IC and OOC on the CN alert level.
