Thrall RP powers

Just as it says.
RP powers for wraiths and human thralls to have - for those who RP their thralls. Especially as it says on the wiki that some wraiths have powers. Fair enough, don't give them anything on the grid, but the variety thry could have in RP would be fun and interesting.
Make them cheap too, and if a thrall is deleted and another recreated - you need to repurchase. So not all your thralls will always have the same powers.
