Robert had been watching the supposed 'infractions' on the internet, seeing how long they stayed up there and what Tyt and others were doing about people who were up there. It seemed that people dropped off just over the three month mark from when they committed their violation. Or they came off the list when they were killed - yet for some reason, Tyt weren't announcing who they were and weren't killing anymore. That in itself was quite intriguing, because if it was 'for the good of the city and the people within it' - why weren't they publicising the 'good' they'd been doing? Why were they suddenly ashamed of their work and what they stood for? But what was ore interesting, was that there seemed to be another way off the list as well. People were coming off the lists before their 3 months of public shaming was done, while stil being alive. And he had no idea how or why.
However, the biggest thing that interested him was the fact that people were on the list for three months, and not dying. It was only here and there that Tyt killed people as opposed to the out and out killing of everyone as they used to. He couldn't help but smile as he wondered if he'd perhaps got through to them. Maybe some of their Darkness was dissipating and the Light was winning. Oh what a victory that would have been if it were true - and he so hoped it was! Which then meant, with Tyt taking a back seat and the changes to the system - perhaps he could again go about his true calling in exposing vampires to humans little by little. Not every 'infraction' ended up on the list after all, because he knew he himself had been 'bad', and had never appeared there. Which meant, there was so much that could be done under the radar!
He'd been thinking about it for a while, and had come up with an idea while watching his security cameras to see who had come and gone throughout the evening and day. What if he could capture people doing paranormal things on film, to then share it with the city and the world? He'd watched a couple of films in his time, where renegade groups put together films and broadcast them online or hacked the TV stations to play them. He knew he didn't have the skills to hack anything as sophisticated as a TV station - and with Lizzie being a psycho **** still and making up a brand new past for them to have had, he didn't feel like he could ask her to do anything. Best that that ball of crazy be left to her own devices really. Did he know any other hackers? Maybe.
Though before getting to the hacking stage, he needed to capture things on film - which meant he needed cameras. He could simply go to a shop and buy them, or even online. There were plenty of places with nanny cams and similar that he could repurpose for his own needs and wants. But, then there was also Enver. Enver was pretty good at crafting things, and if Robert explained what it was he wanted - he was sure the intelligent man would be able to alter any pre-existing designs and get a hold of the materials he needed to make tiny spy cams, nanny cams, and anything else the man might be able to think of. He'd been in enough spy films and was paranoid enough that he would know exactly what Robert was talking about and looking for.
Leaning back in his comfy chair, he closed his eyes and sent his words out and into Enver's mind telepathically - still loving the fact he had that power now!
"Enver. Robert. How's things? How's Keara? All well? Just wondering if we could meet? I have a plan - but I need your help and advice for it. Fancy being a 'bad boy' with me and ruining a few people's nights?"
He hoped that would get the man's attention. Then he just sat and waited, with his phone in hand in case Enver replied electronically - as he wasn't sure if Enver had mind speak or not.

"God Damnit." Enver sneered as he found another one of those things in his theatre. It was becoming a monthly ritual, finding those things somewhere in the large building. And he knew exactly who was behind it. Even though he'd been a 'good' boy, Enver knew there was a deep desire to kill him again, and again and again over something stupid by a certain group. Who the hell else would want to get people in trouble so they could out and out kill them over a stupid feeding accident or misusing a power once in a blue moon? What other group had their stupid home so close to his property as well? It was obvious to him who was behind it. Even if he wasn't the initial target, someone was a target in his theatre because of this ******* thing.
Enver yanked some cords out of the device, tossed them in the nearest trash, then dropped the device itself on the ground and gave it a good step on. Not once, twice, or even three times. No, more like ten times, which spoke about how he much he was seething over this ********. Even bigger ******** was that he had found one in the family home a few months back, which meant, deep down that Enver's paranoia and suspicions were right. They wanted to find him and kill him. Well, fat chance in that happening. Gone was the man that once used to feed recklessly (not that he had ever tried to! He couldn't help he was famous and people seemed to remember every facet of his life), and was replaced by the man who used blood bags or some form of vampiric power to enhance his blood levels. He didn't mind them any, in fact he rather liked that route of feeding. He didn't have to feel guilty about biting someone who was a fan of his, or worry about potentially taking more than he needed. One bag and he was good to go each night. All in all, they were wasting their time with trying to kill him, because it just wasn't going to happen.
Once the device was smashed in to as many little pieces as Enver could manage to break it in to without looking like a complete maniac in his own place of business, the male also tossed that device in the bin and headed upstairs to get whatever mail came, make sure Crash didn't ruin the place and grab a few things he wanted to move over to the asylum. Also, he decided to check on Emilee, since she more or less lived in his place now. Make sure she had food, everything worked fine in the place and make a point in spending some time with her. Dinner plans maybe. Enver still wasn't comfortable with his mom being in town, but recognized she was here and wasn't going to be a dick about it.
He was pulling out a couple of things when his mind was invading by an unfamiliar presence. Not so unfamiliar that he didn't recognize who it was. Pratt had been in his head once or twice before, thinking about things that pissed Enver off. He didn't know the whole story, or both sides of the story before more or less thinking Enver was mean to his wife and should be nicer to her. And that stupid wraith sister of hers who was always goading him with some smart *** comment. Enver also didn't forget about Pratt's opinion of how stunning his wife was. Or maybe it was beautiful. Maybe both. Either way, Pratt should have kept that to himself. Enver wouldn't have ever told Pratt's ex-wife half the crap Pratt did in regards to her appearance (not that she was bad looking). Part of Enver told himself that he was just being stupid about it all, but when it came to his wife, there was some sort of deep, underlying jealous tendencies with her. He didn't know why, Keara had never given the opinion that she'd stray or pick anything over him really. Perhaps it was her naive nature on how people (or vampires) really were that was the stem of all these problems. Either way, it probably wasn't healthy and Enver recognized that and so, he'd let Pratt only go so far before he shoved a fist or bullet through his teeth.
Depends. Enver started out as he opened the fridge to his penthouse above the theatre, letting Pratt knew he could communicate the same way he did. Be in his head at any time, like Pratt could. We're fine. I'm sure she's in some building looking for something. Which means I'm free tonight. Where do you want to meet? Enver closed the fridge after making a mental note to text Crash and see if the guy could pick up some milk for Emilee.

The voice came through into his mind and he smiled - that would make things a lot easier in the future. In fact, he was already coming up with another idea where people were positioned all around town, poised to do something at exactly the same time, all communicating mentally. It was so much more.... efficient than anything else around. He rocked in his chair, bouncing it a bit as he considered the question. Where could they meet? Anyone seeing him and Enver together in one place would immediately think they were up to no good. Fair enough, this time they would be - but usually, they were just catching up. After all, Enver was the closest thing he had to family in the vampiric community.
"Well...."
He sent in a considered manner.
"I'm in Solace right now. You want to come down? Or shall we meet somewhere.... else? Maybe the wilderness? I can teleport in, you could celerity in? Stop folks from seeing us together. You know, the two city's most hated vamps together - it's going to make tongues wag if we're seen. Regardless of what we're doing!"
There were so many places in the city they could go, the wilderness was just the biggest. The pair of them had an extensive number of properties and there were plenty of other places, like the Swamp, Mall, Fairground, numerous bars, etc etc. Everywhere, they ran a chance of being seen - but there were ways to minimise that.

Enver was making his way down the long staircase from his penthouse and to the theatre when Pratt's thoughts slammed in to his mind. Maybe slam was a bit of overkill, but Enver was still getting used to someone being in his head whenever they wanted to be. Minus his wife, of course. With her it was natural and sometimes desired. Even craved if she was silent for too long. It was his way of checking on her and he suspected, more or less the reason she invaded his thoughts too, when Enver was too quiet and was tinkering around. It wasn't a distrust thing; at least not when it came to other women (he hoped), more along the lines of seeing what he was up to. If he was playing nice with the other kids on the playground; even if those other kids were dicks. A snort came from his nose as Enver found himself agreeing with Pratt about the two of them; even if they had been quiet and no where near the other.
Yeah. I'll swing there in a few. Go south about a mile or two from Solace. Got to stop at the bank first and deposit some cash. See you in about fifteen give or take. Enver replied as he made his way in to the main area of the theatre, resisting the urge to do another sweep of those stupid cameras and headed to the bank that was a few blocks down from the theatre. He didn't go in, he didn't need to. Instead, the male stopped at the ATM outside, put his debit card in the thing, moved some money around from his account to another and then headed towards the Honeymead area. He wasn't going to walk there; celerity was his best option, but he had to make sure no one was around. It seemed everything you did these nights put you on Candid Camera with Big Brother watching; the asshole Crow guy and putting what you did specifically somewhere, as if your life was a constant Youtube stream or something.
Enver looked around when he came near the farm plots, then focused on his location. Solace, but a little further than that. He imagined the building he'd seen in passing, then the wilderness that surrounded the building. All the animals he could find in the woods; rabbits, wolves, mountain lions and bears. Why never deer, he always wondered?
In a blur, Enver vanished, certain no one had seen him, or if someone had, it would have been a wraith or vampire. They'd only had seen him and then not see him; no way in hell could they follow him wherever it was he was going. Enver clipped the side of the Solace building, his perception off a little due from the fast speed of the borrowed Killer power. He hit the corner, bounced and rolled a little as a few explicit words were heard from his mouth on the way of his not so graceful roll pattern.
Once his roll came to a stop, Enver coughed and sprung right up. He looked around to see if anyone had seen that, then chuckled as he brushed some grass and twigs off his clothing. A wince was drawn on his features as he realized he more than likely dislocated his shoulder as it hurt like a ***** and sort of hung there doing its own thing. "Pratt?" Enver hissed quietly before he thought better of it. Pratt. Where the hell you at, man?

Robert dragged himself to his feet and stretched out his arms and pressed down on the balls of his feet to stretch out his legs too. Enver seemed fine with the idea of meeting in the wilderness, and not too far from where Robert currently was. Once he was loosened up a bit, and a number of things had cracked as he'd done so, he wrapped himself in shadows, so none could see him, and simply silently wove his way through everyone in Solace until he was outside. It really was a nifty power that one, as he could go anywhere without anyone knowing he was there. It was more than a little useful when he didn't want to be bothered for a couple of hours or so. He just vanished into them and no-one could find him, even if they were standing mere inches away. However, as handy as it was - he hated the feeling of it. It was like being stuck in a thick fog or mist with the way it clung to him, slid over his body and chilled him to the core. However, needs must.
He walked around the edge of the building and had a nose at the vegetable and herb garden that was coming along nicely. They'd been putting a lot of work into the ground to get it ready for planting, and the kids seemed to be very excited about seeing the vegetables growing. They'd run some little science and nature classes, taking them out to look for bugs and leaves and it had gone down really well. He had to make a note to do more things like that for them all. On past the gardens then he went and down into the wilderness. He wrapped his jacket around him tightly, and couldn't help but look around to see if the fae were watching. He had no idea if they could find him while he was in shadows, but he hoped he wouldn't find out this evening.
Counting his steps, he tried to judge how far he'd gone, looking for the mile or two he'd been told to go. When he figured he'd gotten far enough, he stopped and leant against a tree with his senses on high alert. He had to listen out for any noise that didn't sound 'natural', because that was either Enver, the Fae or someone out plant hunting. He just about jumped out of his skin as there was a crashing and banging, suddenly echoing through the still of the wilderness. He was ready to teleport out of there, thinking it was the fae coming, when he heard his name being hissed by someone who sounded remarkably like Enver. This was confirmed when Enver's voice pressed itself into his head.
Cautiously, he made his way towards where he thought the crashing had come from, and it wasn't long before he came across a trail of destruction that looked as if a steamroller had come through the trees. His eyes moving from the destruction, they came to rest on Enver and his gammy arm. Frowning, he walked over, still looking around and nodded.
"What the **** happened to you? Fae get you? Need that adjusted?"
He asked, indicating the shoulder that looked dislocated to him from the way it hung there.

While Enver walked to try and find Pratt, he used another power that he found himself using a lot due to those raids Keara liked to go in. He wasn't a fan of being shot at (who the hell was?), but some parts of the raid wasn't all too bad. The power wouldn't fix the problem he was having with his dislocated shoulder, but it would make it so it didn't bother him much anymore. After focusing on other parts of his body that ached due to the accident, soon the shoulder wasn't any worse then a couple bruised spots he more than likely had on his body.
"Huh? Oh yeah. A little mishap with coordination it seems. Happens once in a while." Enver cleared his throat as he looked around, then looked back at Pratt. "Yeah, that'd be good. Keara might wonder what happened and that's just not a story I want to get in to. Also, sorry about your building. I sort of smacked it." Enver chuckled softly before going on. "Whatever it costs to fix, just send me the bill." Then Enver offered his shoulder, by leaning that side to Pratt, letting him know he was alright with the guy putting it back in place if he could.
"So what's up? Must be big to be meeting all the way out here." Enver raised his uninjured arm to indicate the wilderness around them. "Not worried about the fae, eh?" He wasn't. What he was more worried about was running in to that dick, The Crow out here. Then again, Pratt felt the same way about him as Enver did, so if they did run in to him, maybe the two of them could actually do something to the fae prick.

When Robert had seen that it was just Enver, his guard had dropped and so - apparently - had his shadows. Enver looked right at him and spoke, and what he said made Robert look back through the trees to try and find a view of the building. He was too far away however, and would have to check and see what damage had been done later. For now, he had an arm to sort out.
"No worries, lets get this sorted first. Shrug your shoulders for me, lifting them up a bit."
Once that was done, he gently took Enver's wrist and brought it up so that his elbow was at a right angle and his hand was pointing straight out from his body. Gently, he pressed the elbow into the side of Enver's body so that it was in a neutral position. Gently, he pulled the lower arm out to the side, while holding his upper arm until he could feel a bit of natural resistance, at which point he half pulled, half rolled the upper arm in the opposite direction while keeping the lower arm still. This resulted in a grinding, crunch before it popped back into place which Robert finished off by moving the lower arm back and placing it against Enver's shoulder. He really hated the noise and the feel of it going back into place, but it had saved him a number of times in the past.
"If you're up to it - we should walk. Keep ourselves moving so the fae can't pinpoint us as easily - however it is they do that! Cause yeh, I've seen the results of what they can do. Lizzie seems to attract them like fat kids to candy!"
He started walking, slowly, matching his pace to Enver's and letting the other man set the speed they moved at.
"So.... I take it you've seen the whole bounty changes and the changes in how the Tit's operate? What do you make of it all, and have you had any ideas on how to take advantage of it?"
He grinned a little, looking at Enver in a conspiratorial manner and waited to see what Enver had been thinking himself.
