Apartment Decor

Please bring this to your decorator.
Example:
Livingroom: I want hardwood floors and white walls. Two red couches sitting across from one another with a cherry table in the middle on top of a oriental rug. The color theme is red and black. The theme for the apartment over all is chic modern style.
(OOC: The character is neat and orderly, so no messes showing. / IC: I am extremely neat and orderly verging on OCD.)
The livingroom is the largest room, one you first walk into.
The smallest room I would like a kitchen area with the same red and black theme as the living room. A refrigerator, stove, sink and black granite top counters. The floor I prefer to have as black granite or marble. A small black or wooden table that seats two in the middle of the room.
The medium size room I would like as a bathroom/bedroom combo. The bed needs to have black sheets and red and black comforter. The floors I would like as a red carpet.
(OOC: My character is an artist/likes to paint so please add in an easel. IC: I am a painter, please add in an easel.)

His charry is rough around the edges so please add guns to the nightstand to the right of the bed. / IC: My husband shares the apartment with me and loves his guns. His nightstand is on the right side and he needs a gun beside the bed at all time.)

All decorators reserve the right to refuse an apartment. It is not a personal thing against you, one or more might be busy and know the waiting list is long so they do not want to hurt your feelings by having you wait forever. Please do not take this personally against you.
