Scripting & Hacking

A charry that has Hacking 15 and a Cauldren V6 can script:
Mask
Stealth
Delete
Decrypt
Transfer
Virus
Armor
Switcher
Mapper
Evaluate
Silence
Pacify
Commander
SysAccess
all up to version V6.
A charry with Hacking 13 and Cauldren V6 can script:
Mask
Stealth
Delete
Decrypt
Transfer
Virus
Armor
Switcher
Evaluate
Silence
Pacify
all up to Version V5.
The difference in the number of different scripts available to script by someone who's Hacking skill is only 2 points under being maxed in the skill does NOT make sense to me. It would make sense that maybe they wouldn't be able to script the highest version for some scripts, the less common scripts (mapper, switcher, Pacify and SysAccess, Commander) being only available to V5 and the commonly used scripts being available up to version V6.
That Commander isn't even available to script for someone with Hacking 13 is ridiculous. Why?
Also, what's the deal with system security levels? Seems that since Sun maxed her hacking she consistently gets much lower systems, on average. I think that if an entire weeks worth of daily random hacks is considered, the average would be System security 9.5 to 10. When her hacking skill was at 11-13 she averaged more in the 10.5 to 11.5 range. Why?
Moving on to SysAccess and Corporate Access scripts.
On Sun's scripting page it shows there are 6 versions of SysAccess, for a fair amount of Exp for the higher versions.
The description reads:
SysAccess is a one-use script which will seek out a high security system for you to hack into (for use with "random" hacks).
The higher version SysAccess, the more security points will be added onto the hack attempt, allowing for better value files to be found.
Flipping thru a couple versions to check on the amount of Source codes it would cost for her to make in 1 day I was kinda shocked to see that a SysAccess V6 would cost her 15 codes. WHAT? Using the auction as a standard for Source code costs I went with $2500 each. 15 x 2500 = 37,500. WHAT? for a One time use item? I mean, ok, as a hacking candy treat she might splurge on that script that raises her random hack system security from 9.5 to 15.5 cause all those codes should give a pretty fair chance of grabbing files that would be worth at least 37,500, RIGHT? I admit I am impressed with the amount of Non-bragging that's been happening cause I have NEVER heard someone going on about that "40k hack they got last night" If that happened to me I would Opt in so fast.
Then I recalled that shops sell something like SysAccess scripts, so went to see what the deal with them was.
Corporate Access Codes V1 $500
A one-use item which allows you to automatically connect to a system with +1 security on your next attempt.
Corporate Access Codes V2 $2000
A one-use item which allows you to automatically connect to a system with +2 security on your next attempt.
Different name but basically same description as the scriptable ones, doesn't say random hacks but doubt that's important. Price is way better, though. <.< (V1 cost 2 source codes and V2 cost also 2 source codes. 2 x 2500 = $5k). So with shop V2 Sun might get into 11.5 systems which might have files valued at at least $2k in them. Kinda like when she was at Hacking 11-13, cause those numbers were pretty much consistent everyday for her. Seemed like this was the best option.
I must be wrong somewhere about these 2 hacking items. Someone please untwist my brain about SysAccess scripts.
