Thanks this will work anyway to make it public or am I just missing something? Wanna see if there is a point in working off the death wound or not.

If it's for the pull of the abyss curse - that's in there as an option. So you just select it and it does it for you. :)

Seems to me it's 50-50 not 1 in 6 chance. Gotten half either way. So I think better to use an actual 1d6 in this case as the system to me is a 1d2. Thanks though.

It randomly chooses a number between 1 and 6. You just got seriously unlucky and rolled 5, 1, 1, 2, 1. Which is entirely possible.

I just tested 6 times in a row and got: 4, 6, 6, 2, 3, 2.

Is it based on stats at all?

No. The curse doesn't require stats to be taken into account at all.
Pull of The Abyss
Each time you die, you have a danger of being swallowed by the shadow realm, where there is no coming back. If you die, roll a 6 sided die to see if you suffer permanent death. 1 means that you shouldn`t bring your character back. (Not inheritable for bloodlines)
It's a random chance thing. You roll a 1 you get the message saying you won't be escaping the SR. You roll 2-6 and you get one saying you can escape the SR. There's nothing else going on code wise. It really is that simple.

Ah. Alright so just a weird random in my case. Is there a way we could see the number we get in the future? Like to know how close it was sort of thing. Think that would be cool.
