What has happened to feeding?

Since the end of chapter 2 I can no longer feed in a square with more than a security 1 without getting seen.
Steph has Charisma of 10, but everything else that could possibly be taken into account in feeding is over 20. Yet no matter what, if the security is 2 or over she gets seen feeding. ALL THE TIME.
What gives? Is anyone else getting this? Or as usual is path picking on me?

Since the end of Chapter 2, it is much harder to feed. My killer has an insane time trying to feed in anything higher than a 2. I look for Sec 1 squares only now or just buy blood bags.

Same here with my Allurist and my Killer. My Shadow also had trouble so she lowers the security before feeding now. You also can get spotted a lot more often using powers now than before. Used Celerity in a level two and got caught.

you can feed in lvl 2's as long as there is only one human, that is the important thing, if their are 2, the other one will see you

Not true. Level 2 sec 1 human squares can also turn out be hunters. All in all not a huge deal, but to any newer players reading this, they should know those hunters can cause some pretty heinous wounds. I should also add the jury is still out on whether that becomes a reportable offense, because ( i dont think) David got back to us on that point. (yet)
As for the rest of the thread, I can say ditto for Quoth. I have been attributing it to the generally elavated level of the city alert.

Human's can't. I was referring to hacking for evidence. Sorry, I'm all feverish and can see where that was misleading. >.<

I've been having the same problem. When I brought it up elsewhere, I was told by David (to paraphrase) that I was talking crap and nothing has changed to do with feeding difficulty.

Nothing has changed - in the programming. What has changed is the alert level. And as the alert changes, increases, so does the difficulty in feeding.
