Doppel + Evidence Hacks (again) [c]

Clicking on whatever option doesn't seem to be doing anything with Doppel.
As an example of what's happening, Vampire1 has 1 violation already. During a hack, I uncover evidence about Vampire1. I choose 'Report to Crownet and delete from this system?' and get the attached picture afterward.
After checking crownet, Vampire1 still has only 1 violation reported. Same thing happens when choose to just report.
