The vampire had his back to her. His hunched over form swayed slightly as a long-clawed hand gripped the brick wall of the alleyway.

Vithra Quartermaine tilted her head. Inching down the walk way, making a soft cooing noise, as a black snake slipped down her Sleeve. Seeing the clawed hand gripping the brick way she stopped and turned on one of her heels. Her voice low.

"And what if someone were to see you Ripper..."

Ripper turned and peered out at her from underneath the crock of his elbow.

He hissed.

Stepping closer toward him,

"Hissing is unbecoming, especially at family."

The hiss didn't seem to faze her; nor did his peering. She glared at him and approached a bit closer. The snake had fell to the ground from her arm and slithered away through the alley.

He straightened up sharply. His head and neck shot out from underneath his out-reached arm like a Jack-in-the box and he curled his fingers downwards to slash outwards in front of him.

*Blinking. Seeing the fast movement. Backing up several times. The claws graze her shirt. She stepped forward again quickly and halted further attack by grabbing his raised arm with both hands.

"What the hell, Ripper!" The accent was heavy in her voice.

*steps backwards from her and leans forward and bellows in what can only be described as a roar. His body was crouched forward like a swimmer about to dive with his arms twisted up behind him in and backwards V-shape.

Vithra snarled back. Her hand gripped his arm tightly. She was clearly not amused. Watching his arm twist into a v-shape. Confused to what was going on. What the hell? Her body moved as she coo'd again.

He pulled out of her grip with a hop backwards and violently struck the concrete ground in front of them. Chips of the pavement began to crack apart and splinter away from the repeated impacts.

*Letting go of him. Her eyes narrowing again. Having lost contact with her great grandsire. She took a few steps back. . Grumblings.
“Sire, thing. I demand you stop this instance. You’re gonna get caught.” Her eyes gleamed in the faint light of the night. She wasn't pleased.

*enough earth crumpled away to reveal a crack in the sewer line large enough for him to crawl through. The killer scuttled through it headfirst as he clawed his way through.*

*Going wide eyed at the man. She followed after him attempted to grab him again.
“Sire..” Her voice rung out, as she looked at the damage he had caused. Turning to the sky, they still had time before the sun rose. She was confused as to why he was acting this way. Huffing a bit, he was starting to piss her off.*

*moving full speed, the vampire soon surrounded himself in the absolute blackness of the sewer. The sounds of his escape echoed from all directions before very quickly fading away into the distance and leaving no trace of his presence except the thick aroma of blood that lay heavily in the air.*

*Soon slipped in after him. Having not knowing the sewers very well, she pulled out a small flash light and turned it on rotating backwards to shine the light around her.

She put the phone back into her pocket after shooting off a hurried text to Quartermaine. She could smell the thick scent that filled the air and followed it to the left. She cooed softly as she walked, causing several snakes to scurry out and quickly depart from her. Almost as if on command.
