I think maybe we're running into the host server going through the update thing each day at that time again. 'cause that used to happen every day at about that time for 1-15 minutes.

There was downtime for a few minutes, around 12:30 the message was practically identical to the previous one.

I'd take a guess that a cron job / timed trigger, that runs around sun rise is becoming so intensive it is crippling the server for a few minutes after/during execution.

I noticed down time from 12:15-12:19pm just now.

The site's been lagging really badly for me and Severina's player right about this time in the morning. I asked them about it and they said that they've experienced this same lag for three or four days. It normally clears up, after maybe an hour?
