Are you asking if a telepath's brain can be hacked or if they can be traced?

In either case, no. But devices they interface with can be hacked.
Both. Thank you.

The Wiki reads:
All energies are interconnected, and thus a telepath can use their mental powers to grab wireless signals out of the air and even connect to the internet without a computer. From a telepaths perspective, such a thing is not visualized as though they were seeing a computer screen; it is a translation and manipulation of active wireless data in the mind of the user. In the minds of the most computer savvy, though, they might see this translation in their mind as data on a computer screen.
Would that then mean that they could check email, the auction, hack, etc with out it being hackable/trackable? Unless, of course, they interface with their phone or computer to do so.

I get with things like security systems, car alarms, etc... that the devices would be hackable.

3) Does an Electromagnetic Emitter suppress Technokenesis?
No, as those don't block powers.
True, but wouldn't it surpress the wireless signal in the area cutting them off from internet access?

New question(s).

Earlier in the thread it's mentioned that it's unlikely that classed humans can be enthralled.

Was a solid decision made either way on that (I didn't see it in the thread)?

Where would one be able to find information on that IC?

Yep.

EMEs can cancel out wireless signal depending on the frequency, but that doesn't necessarily impact a telepath, as they aren't interfacing with wireless devices in that way. Though yeah, if there is an EME, the devices in the immediate area would be inaccessible, but that doesn't mean they couldn't control devices outside of the EME's field.
Was a solid decision made either way on that (I didn't see it in the thread)?
Classed humans can't be enthralled, no. Though for different reasons. They're either too strong, or (like in the case of the Paladin) the enchantments which give them their power would stop a total bewitching.
Where would one be able to find information on that IC?
History, trial and error, etc.

Can a human in the shadow realm be sired by a vampire after being a spirit and using the flesh gift ritual to be turned corporal? Or would that be the end of it?

Can they be sired without it, if a fadewalker went after them into the shadow realm?

Flesh gift only works on wraith guides, so that wouldn't work. And no, a fadewalker cannot turn a human in the Shadow Realm. Once a human spirit is in the SR, that's basically it for them. Though they could be summoned potentially (by a summoner) I imagine. Or their spirit can be caged in a corpse to make a zombie, by a necromancer.

Could a summoned human spirit possess another host? A thrall, or something? (Or could there be an rp power introduced if so?)

I promise I’m not trying to be difficult.

I worry that would cheapen human character death, so probably not, no.

Apologies if this has already been addressed somewhere, but I honestly couldn't locate it!

What does one have to know about joining NADUMA from a RP standpoint?

I had Bastian join because I was looking to involve a military theme into his story, and this kind of fell into my lap. But I don't really know anything about them as a group aside from killing zombies, so it would be good to hear what the boundaries and limitations are for writing this type of character.

Thanks in advance! Happy to answer any questions to get more answers too.

Well NADUMA itself is a division of NADU, which is a joint task force concerned with dealing with the undead in Harper Rock. The task force is led by Canadian military leaders, including the ones mentioned here. The United States also has troops involved, and is working with Canadian military forces.

The militia captain himself takes orders from higher up in the chain of command in NADU, but he oversees NADUMA itself. Specifically, he oversees training, public relations (I. E. he answers for the militia's actions), administration of resources, and the 'on the ground' type of tactical side of NADUMA. Though obviously he has subordinates who help him with this, as it's a pretty big job.

Because NADUMA is made up of trained civilians, they do not have a unified rank structure - which means that everyone is essentially the same rank except for those directly under the captain. Though people are free to say that their group within NADUMA (if they aren't acting as lone agents), has a leader of some kind.

In fact, NADUMA's structure itself is very loose though not decentralized. Everyone ultimately answers to the militia captain, who ultimately answers to people higher up in the chain of command. However, once civilians are trained, they are basically given free reign to do what they want given the state of affairs in Canada. They largely get away with this lack of oversight and organization because of how effective they are. In fact, the militia itself helps not only to control the population of undead, but also some forms of crime. So they are a bit of a mixed bag as far as impact goes.

Civilians can join the militia through the local recruitment office (the Militia Captain). They probably also have online sources, TV ads etc. "Do your part to end the undead crisis!" type of deal.

Ex-military personnel and current military can also join through the same means - or possibly even through their connections to the military itself. Though those currently enlisted would have some more restrictions placed on them than civilians, as they would also have to directly answer to someone in the chain of command. Some may be barred from joining NADUMA even, depending on how the player wants to write it, and their superior officer.

I hope that helps?

I see, I see! That's very helpful, thank you.

Would there be a way they would get their "orders"? Or is it as simple as "thanks for enlisting, you're hired, go kill zombies and bring back their ears"?
