What is the current state of the QZ and graveyard like?

That's right. As a matter of fact, that's the way it is in the districts surrounding the Quarantine Zone as well. The only thing really separating the QZ from the other districts at this point is the fence.

But after all the years of it being closed off and overrun with the undead, wouldn't it be in a more advanced stage of ruin?

What would someone find out if they hacked a database (police, medical, etc) in regards to Gerard Dratch, the militia captain?

Good question! I'm interested in this as well.

Most of his medical will have been through the military, so those records are probably pretty tightly sealed, though I suppose someone with very high hacking could get into them. In which case, they'd find pretty standard things. Maybe a leg break at some point in his past, infrequent colds, but no severe illnesses as he's fairly healthy overall. Probably has abnormally high blood pressure due entirely to work stress.

His criminal background is a little more spotty. Years ago, he was probably arrested in relation to some sort of small scale protest. He's got a long history of supporting looser gun control in Canada, but has always been careful about not overstepping the line in a way that would compromise his position. His most recent criminal activity is minuscule, like speeding tickets. There are, of course, reports about how the militia is gunning down the occasional innocent, though he has so far monopolized on the zombie panic to avoid people digging too much into how much oversight he has.

He is otherwise pretty boring, I imagine.
