Can like a freshly like literally just turned vampire bite another person drain them and then give them their blood turning the person they just bit and drained? And that kind of repeatedly happen multiple times. In a web like pattern from the original vampire. Like Someone is quickly quickly turn a whole bunch of people into a vampire army is my idea.

And if that is possible do the vampires that our newly born become very weak and feral or feral like?
I'm asking because for a journal post that I'm working on?

What would happen if my character attempted to telepathically speak to certain NPCs, like the new Mooncalfs. If they look intelligent, he'll try to talk to them, especially if they aren't hostile

If a person was thinking about something just moments before a telepath read their memories, would the thoughts be known?

edit to add, for example. would a mother, have any memories of her child

The turning ritual can be done by a newly turned vampire, yeah.

As far as newly turned vampires goes, I assume some of them could be near feral with hunger. Especially if they have Blood Frenzy or the Insatiable hunger curse(s).

I don't see why not. Vampires can join.

I doubt they would get much, if any response. Especially from the Theodosian Mooncalfs.

Thoughts aren't memories, so I'm inclined to say no.

I would say memories of the nature you described would require permission from the other character's writer to use at all.

The wiki snippet for playing the power is here:
Read Memories: Read memories is limited to major events in the target's life, so it cannot be used to extrapolate passwords, words they might have said, or small deeds such as where they last walked or fed. In roleplay, it can sometimes (if agreed upon by both parties) be used to see memories of a sexual nature, so that the telepath can know if the target has been cheating on a companion or spouse, for example (a gift telepaths could in theory sell, in a roleplay capacity as a sort of private detective). When experiencing these memories, a telepath does not see them as images, but instead experiences them as if they were words being read out by a storyteller. A telepath concentrating to use this power will often say these words out loud, instinctively, reciting the target's memor
