With respect.. start another thread? When .. David has always been against PAY TO WIN.. But now.. when it is obvious that someone is exploiting "pay to win" .. and In a CHAPTER thread no less.. we are being told to start another Thread? Why?

This IS the thread it need to be in!

And we are being told to .. what? Move it else where.. where it can be buried? Ignored? Forgotten?

Question regarding Vampire thralls, I mentioned it in my other thread but thought it might make more sense here:

Are vampire thralls enthralled differently then human thralls? Human thralls were described as having their will forced out, whereas vampire thralls are described as being forced to do things against their will and having fuzzy memory because of it.

Does that make vampire thralls forget-full, and possibly still have their own emotions that conflict with those of their master, but have to do as they're told anyway? Like do they stay their own character and personality inside their own head, but externally they just have to do whatever they're told. Or are they more like human thralls?

Yeah, the mechanics are different. When an allurist bewitches a human, it's a combination of a lot of different things, like it could relate to mental domination, physical attraction, a thrall's feeling that their vampire master is inherently 'superior', or any number of variables. This gives a lot of freedom to the writer to determine exactly what the relationship is between the PC and NPC.

With a vampire thrall, they are being controlled. The vampire may not even realize what's going on, or they may attempt, and fail at resisting. They likely a shell of who they used to be.

2 part question.

1st) If a nuke was dropped on harper tock and the vampire was fadewalking during the time, would they be effected?

2nd) When they return, how would radiation effect them?

Considering the massive number of spirits that would suddenly get forced into the Rift, I am inclined to say yes. They wouldn't probably be directly impacted by the nuclear device though, no.

2) Radiation poisoning (to an extent less than humans display), lack of blood, withering, etc.

That being said, despite the talk of bombing Harper Rock, it would be very unlikely for any bombing to be nuclear. There is a ton of stigma associated with the use of that type of weapon, and I don't think any government in the Western Hemisphere would use one lightly.
