Umber eyes moved left and then right as if the answer to his sudden wordlessness was somehow hanging in the air either side of her. By the time he was looking in her eyes again, he was frowning. “Stay,” he said gruffly, moving in to place a brusque kiss on her cheek. “The big guy’s already here,” he said, indicating Mordechai with a quick movement of his head. “And I figure Prudence will show up sooner or later. Have fun, alright. I’ll… see ya around. Ok, bella?” By the time those words hit the air, he was already stepping away from her and heading for the door.

Zeze sits and nods to Jan. "What drink would you suggest? I've only had gas station booze." She giggles and blushes a bit, adjusting her dress a little at the the top as it shows off a little too much of her chest than she's used to, but then gives up and just lets it show trying to ignore it. She looks around at all the people then and looks to Serry with a smile trying to relax a bit and not seem nervous being out in public.

She moved from where she was, looking at the childe and smiled brightly. "You, sweetheart, look amazing and beautiful." She commented to her and then looked to Jan, handing off her glass. She was actually having a decent time so far. Granted, they had not been there long and then night was young but, so far, it was already a nice evening.

He takes both glasses and heads off to get refills for both him and Serry with a nod. Also he is going to get a new glass of the same wine for the child. He semi turns and watches the two ladies, letting them talk for a bit before he starts making his way back

As she danced Nerissa looked around at the people around her. She noticed a girl in a beautiful back bareing red and black dress near the door, the man she was with leaving. Were they one of the kissers? Maybe, maybe not. What did matter was she looked nervous at being alone. Nerissa remembered the promise she made to Pyper to meet new people. So, she worked up the nerve and walked over to the girl. "Hello, my name is Nerissa. A pleasure to meet you!"

Zephyr smiles at Serry's compliment and thanks her then realizes she's been staring at Serry a little to long and blushes. She can't help it Serry's gorgeous. Then as Jan leaves Zeze looks around at all of the people. "Are all of these people vampires like us?" She looks a bit scared yet happy. Happy there are more people like them, and scared that she's surrounded by vampires. This was all so new to her still.

Seren smirked as she looked over to the childe, having felt her gaze a while. She blinked and then tilted her head gently. She smiled and then spoke, nodding her head. "Yes, they are all, my darling." She commented and then blinked. "You seem... happy tonight." Not that she wasnt overjoyed that she was happy but, it just seemed a bit odd. Maybe she was finally relaxing and if that were the case, Seren would be overjoyed.

The flyer had been sent to him by anonymous person. It was in an unremarkable envelope that was addressed merely to “Dr. Nilson”. Yes he had heard that there was going to be some sort of celebration, but that one was to be held at the arena. This flyer indicated a celebration at Nightmode. he was unfamiliar with that club. It was more for the younger wilder set. He looked at the envelope again, who would have addressed it in that manner? Mortll would have addressed it to Doc. Phoenix? He folded the flyer neatly back into the envelope, and slid the envelope into his inside jacket pocket. He crossed the street and pulled open the door of the Nightmode club and stepped inside. He allowed his eyesight to adjust, as he moved away from the door to view his surroundings.
