The ONLY building I have ever gotten regular and not expensive cellphones in has been in the home B&E's that only vampires with uninvited guest t2 and humans/human thralls can do. Otherwise I find them sometimes on the ground or by pick-pocking. Although at Alex's level and with that relic she never gets regular cellphones anymore, only the expensive ones, lol.

Okay odd question;

How come my vampire Nishaa can't break into 'homes'
But yet my human Opal can, and can acquire Cellphones.

Humans have been able to break into homes no problem.

A vamp can break into homes if they have a power.. uninvited guest, I think. I -think- it goes back to the whole "a vampire cannot enter a property without expressed consent." thing.

Did 8 B&E attempts on the two Sec 1 OS's - 0 codes. I'd say mark it N.

The cellphones were probably there at one point, but arent now. Multiple attempts and no regular cells. I'd say take it out of the Commercial table.

correct, no source codes in lvl one office blocks/office skyscrapers.

they are behind doors, in lvl 2-7

and on floors in 4-7
