What the information says makes no difference to the chapter itself. It's all considered bad press. The roleplay doesn't have to match completely with the grid down to the smallest details.

As for killing enemies to find evidence, killing enemies already affects the chapter. Adding info snippets to it too would unbalance things a bit.

Makes me think yes... unless... he typo'd and meant UNbalance?

Pretty sure balance is supposed to be a GOOD thing? lol ;)

What do the percentage bars represent? It's obviously not public support or votes, as Bancroft would have won already (also, can't have more than 100%) so is it, like, reputation or renown?

Will getting Spencer down to -100% have a negative effect of public opinion on Hebigumo? Will getting Gilbert down turn the city against the gangsters? Or is this just "one winner, two losers"?
