Re: [675k]-x- AUCTION CARD: Amaranthia -x-
The lights flashed, circling the board before flashing once more between two messages the first being "SOLD!" the second message being "$675,000!"
Amalea smiled, winking, at Amara, before signing her name, in her own blood, at the bottom of the contract. Silently, she held out her hand for Amara's that she let fall a droplet of blood to seal the contract. The ring dissolved, leaving behind only the tattooed image in a beautiful flourished design. It would reform and return to the ring (removable this time) once the contract was completed.
"Zodiac, please send Amaranthia the full balance of $675k."

Re: [SOLD to Zodiac - 675k]-x- AUCTION CARD: Amaranthia -x-
There was no fanfare on her part when the announcement came that she had won. Her hand slipped into her purse and pulled out her phone and made the transfer to the accounts. ”Well,” she thought to herself. ”I managed to get the best and the worst of the lot this time. Think my mojo needs a serious retuning.” 50% was lousy odds, considering her past experiences in this game. Focused on 4, missed 2, and one of the 2 she won was defective. Zodiac had heard him tell Amaranthia he would behave, but that did not matter to her. She gave him instructions and he destroyed them, so he could come seek her out later if he chose to.
Or not. He had gotten his money.
The idea that the male might be standing here long after everyone else had gone home this night waiting amused her.
But now, was time to claim her other ‘prize’.
She approached Amaranthia slowly. A gentle smile upon her face. ”You know, all this ‘I vant to be alone’ Garbo crap may do you a world of good, but some of us were worried about you.” she whispered in the woman’s mind. ”Make me wonder if something really bad had happened to you? First order of business? Let me know you are still around once in a while? We used to talk and such. I have missed our gab sessions.”
“Now, if you can promise me that, I will put you to your second task.”

Re: [SOLD to Zodiac - 675k]-x- AUCTION CARD: Amaranthia -x-
the killer had paused in his bidding once he saw that the one he called sister-mine seemed interested in the purchase of Amaranthia. The petite mystic was one of the few within the city that held Mordechai's complete and utter trust... One of the few he would not feel the need to end, for winning the bid for the beautiful entrepreneur of the Necropolis. Seeing the final flash of lights he moved towards the arcade games and began to idly toss darts, balloon after balloon popping as each dart sank the full two inches of its point deep into the corkboard

Speaking aloud, Amaranthia replied to the woman's words "I needed to heal after so much loss. I don't know how much of a gabber I am," She found the word "gabber" to be difficult and not at all pleasing to her mouth "but I can say the majority of my time since my return has been rather...monopolized. I've been training." No longer would she be merely the neutral party accepting her fate despite the fears it whispered remembrance of, no now she would be able to fight back.

She blinked slowly at the woman’s words. ”Then so be it,” Inwardly she frown, but it never touched her face. It was a vain hope at best. So many of her older friends had vanished (or worse) but that was the way of things in the darkness, she reasoned.
She then directed Amaranthia to look where she pointed. Her finger targeting the giant of a man that stood out in the crowd. ”You see him? How could you not, right? That’s my ‘brother’. Not literally, but we was both turned by the same vampire. You could say we ‘grew up’ together. I don’t need my cards to suggest to me he is somewhat smitten with you, so make the changes to whatever paperwork is involved with this.” she focused and sent the rest of what she had to say to both her and him.
”You are his to do with whatever he wishes for the terms of the contract. I freely transfer ownership of you to him and expect you to honor the conditions of this as you would for me and this you will do, or cough up a refund-now. I'll even throw in the red snowflake as well.”
She gave Amaranthia a playful nudge in the side with her elbow. ”Well, get going.” then she spoke to Mordie’s thoughts alone.
”Enjoy your gift, brother mine. We will talk again once your time is finished.” She placed her palms together and inclined her head, then vanished. Outside the club, she checked her phone and keyed in a reply of ‘ON MY WAY’ to her next client of the night and headed Southwest in direction.

Re: [SOLD to Zodiac - 675k]-x- AUCTION CARD: Amaranthia -x-
Amaranthia furrowed her brow, it wasn't quite the reaction she expected out of the woman. She rather thought she'd understand that loss often required healing before one could return to their full self. She wasn't against talking with Zodiac, not at all, but rather she felt rather boring these days. It was the constant in and out of day and night, trying to learn how to use the gifts Mordechai had given her. She refused to let his hard work go to waste, and she WOULD learn how to use that beautiful blade he had fashioned for her. "I'm afraid I may have offended you, when that wasn't my intention Zodiac. I just feel rather boring these days."
Brother...she had heard whispers of him having a sister, but this was quite an interesting turn of events. She raised her brow at Mordechai "You're a....I believe the phrase is sneaky son of a gun, aren't you?"
