Yup, it does! :) And don't rush through it! Each task you complete refills your energy so don't waste that extra gas, use it to maximize gaining experience.

I just started as a vampire, and still wandering aimlessly in town don't know what to do (in the game), maybe any suggestions what to do?

Hello Vandy! I'm Ally. Did you do the tutorial already? Let us know if there's humans in there maybe? ;) There's a bug at the moment so the usual npc humans are not showing on the grid. But if you pm me I'll set you up on the grid with cash for blood bags in my gal's shop. I'll give you step by step directions, k?

There's no npc humans, as far as I can see (still in the tutorial area, but this character is human).
I would also recommend not feeding in the abandoned morgue until it is fixed (it's where this character is training), because I've gotten a few names in there while battling zombies, and I don't feel that it is fair to their players. So in the interest of fairness, I figured I'd warn off that area for feeding until it gets fixed.
