Does your RPP level have any effect on that perhaps?

IDK if it does...I don't think it matters, but do wonder if it matters on the loot you get. Though, I tend to think not.
It seems like ric gets some lame stuff (and he's one of my highest, if not the highest) where as some of my other characters at lower levels seem to get guns that aren't half bad in stats and better loot.

Mine are like 300 rrp or better.

I've received some for as low as 298 RPP (that I remember).

And I've posted a 700something reply that got none.

I feel like we should throw all the characters who keep getting severed heads into the same post.

I don't remember which character it was, but the other day I got a wendigo part, and then another day I had a severed head on Castalia. They're random, so far. I think it would be pretty neat if higher levels of RPP got better loot rewards, but it's pretty fun to see what the drops'll be regardless.
