His throat getting slashed happened which caused a lot of internal scarring which causes his voice to be similar to Deadpool so his text is yellow because everyone should know his distinctive voice without seeing him?

Deadpool is a hero from the Marvel universe. Part of the Weapon X program (the guys that made Wolverine) cancerous tumors that he had developed were supercharged and spread over his entire body, heavily scarring every inch of him, including his vocal cords. His voice is a mix of gravel and gasoline according to most writers and this is examples with his yellow speech bubbles. The Deadpool character is also a little (a lot) insane and believes that he's in a comic book.
