Path of the Vampire forum

I was hoping to eventually be sired as an Allurist but start off as a pure blooded human who doesn't know anything about the Masquerade. Maybe by stumbling upon it somehow how or being brought on. I'll definitely take a look at the OOC section, but how accurate does the roleplaying have to be along side the game aspect? Like, do two people need to meet on person to talk? I don't want to go and break any immersion on my first go at this!

The grid is there so there's no powerplaying. A lot of people use the grid to prompt RP and vice versa.

But, you don't have to be that accurate, no. You can RP with people that you never meet on grid. :)

I'm just experimenting with this. So this post is purely to try and figure out how to post and everything. I am a roleplayer that is new here (and incidentally new to forum/on-line roleplays altogether). My friend recommended this site, which is why I have decided to check it out. I've toyed around with the game somewhat, but I would really like to get into some roleplay ASAP.
