What happens if a dual class human buys a pxp restat? Do they have to do the quests or whatever again to open the duel class? Or.... what? Could they switch the dual class at that time?

yesh, I think so too but I don't want to pay for a pxp restat on Alexis just to test it!

Right now a restat doesn't reset / repower the dual class. But we might change it so that it does, once we add things like mastery powers and other human classes.

The named one only attacks people other than the owner. If it's not attacking humans in general, then that's a bug.
