They just walk into it. Being spirit creatures themselves, they overpower the spirit and absorb its essence.

Were vampires on every continent?

Were there any competing species in the far east or on the dark continent besides the fae?

What were the most powerful vampire strongholds?

Did vampires mimic the kine in government types or were they unique?

What is the first documented well established vampire city?

In the past how many vampires were allowed to exist in a city?

How did vampires deal with the fae when there were very few cities?

You have listed recommended levels for fighting creatures, but does the level really matter? Will a level 10 sword fighter with 20 Str & Dex always do better than a level 20 sword fighter with 10 Str & Dex? I had thought/hoped each level granted unknown bonuses, such as hit points that aren't seen on the character sheet.

Almost all. I'll reveal more about the history as soon as I can.

Dark continent? Africa? As for "competing species", that's a rather specific term. Demi-fae of all kinds have always existed, though, and some of them hide among humans, as vampires do. They weren't restricted to Africa and Asia.
What were the most powerful vampire strongholds?
I'll have to write more about the history to answer that.
Did vampires mimic the kine in government types or were they unique?
Words like "kine" can confuse people here. For those wondering, he means humans. The answer depends on which vampiric era of history we're talking about, which area, and which code they lived by. I'll try to give as much info on that kind of thing when I write the history.
What is the first documented well established vampire city?
There has never been a "vampire city".
In the past how many vampires were allowed to exist in a city?
There were no set numbers, but most cities with large vampire populations were strict on siring.
How did vampires deal with the fae when there were very few cities?
Rituals, mainly. There's a ritual that protects an area of nature from the fae (which as a side effect actually withers the nature in the area). Other than that, they stuck to cities as far back as history goes, or travelled in large groups of humans to mask their presence slightly.

Answering that might reveal some spoilers, one way or the other. I can't tell you much about Crow yet.

This isn't really a canon question, it's more of a game mechanics question, but I'll answer it anyway. You are correct. Levels do grant unseen bonuses in combat. It's not much, but it can tip the balance. As for the recommended levels for fighting creatures, those are purely estimates. A level 10 with high enough stats could kill level 20 enemies, but they'd find it slightly harder than a level 20 vampire with the same combat stats.

Would animals experience any effects from ingesting vampire blood?

Would vampires while in 'meaner things' forms, be aware of each other? Or would they think that each is just a real animal?

And going back to the human condition and how it may or may not be carried over into the vampiric state... you said disease would be cured but not genetically caused conditions. What about accidents? Such as losing a hand or an eye?

Vathia - Is that an inherent trait of the Telepath or an aquired one?

If it's inherent - how do those who bridge to telepath learn/use technokinesis?
