Well, the tutorial is a good place to get the very basics. It will teach you different functions on the grid as far as how to do stuff. There is also the wiki. Button is up there^^^^ at the top of the page. You should PM your sire here on the forums and see if they are active and willing to help you out with learning the game as well. Or you could jump right into roleplaying (I would suggest a journal entry as your starting point, kind of introduce your character). If you hit the home button scroll down to Journals you'll see what I mean.
