She smiled as Mordechai's voice found her thoughts. The Teahouse would be a good spot to group at for them. She already had Jennifer make sure the back door was padlocked to prevent anyone escaping that way. All that would be left was the front door.
She walked out of the parlor and smiled at the redhead. "You best get over there now, love."
"And I am out of here." The girl grabbed her purse and left the shop and entered the one next door. Zodiac placed herself behind the counter and made herself look busy. Anything the others had to say to her could be relayed to her via Mordie's own mindspeak. Alex was in the back of here watching, so it made a nice little vice if the right fish came swimming into her place. The only reason she sent Jennifer next door was in case their intrepid reporter decided a gun might solve her problems once she discovered she was caught.
She relaxed now and watched as the others began to arrive and take their places. They had a perfect view of the front door and could see when she arrived. That was the one flaw of the plan. How long would they have to wait? She knew Mordie and Wendy were of cool minds so the waiting game would be easy for them, but the other two she had no clue of.
She busied herself with odd little things Jennifer normally would be doing as the clock slowly moved around its orbit. Personally waiting got on her nerves, so she did what she could till the sound of a door chime pulled her attention back to the front of the store.
Zodiac smiled her most disarming smile as she spread her arms in greetings.
