Path of the Vampire forum

Now that new characters can start as Blood Thieves or Paladins, I was wondering: Do all Blood Thieves currently in existence ultimately originate from Broussard's rediscovery of the path, or is there any possiblity of some other Blood Thief "tradition", even if it's just a character discovering the path themselves?

Along the same line of thought: Do all Paladins owe their origins to the Order of St. James, or are there other sources of paladinhood?

I was thinking about it this morning, and I don't remember being answered. I think of weird things while I brush my teeth.

If a woman dies and is raised back as a zombie, and happens to have been pregnant and also ingest vampire blood, she would have a fadeling corpse in her womb. If a vampire gets pregnant after becoming a vampire, she'll give birth to a fadebeast.

What would happen if a woman was sired while pregnant?

Not a super-pressing question, just curious.

Since you can steal zombie animal parts from greater mooncalves, and there are Dead animals in the gift shop (which is really creepy coz even my human charrie can see them and buy them XD) could it be possible to make a zombie pet? Necromancers can summon zombie people, so surely they could summon zombie animals, at least in rp theory?

It has already been done RP theory. Serenity while human witness a dead cat come back as a zombie. That was over a year ago and that help drive her into finding more answers. Be really bad if that's not the case at all... seeing as you know... what drove her to stay in Harper Rock, to do research on what was going on here without that ONE thing? There wouldn't of been a reason at all...

I'm a bit confused about the human CrowNet - Fact or Fiction. If my human opens up the internet while in Harper Rock, is he taken straight there?

I'd say no, but grid wise yes. Way I always looked at it, was that it's one of those "sites" that are big and famous in the local city, so that's how people find it so easily. You know like the Harper Rock's City Craigslist. Kind of wish it had a different name than Fact or Fiction of course. >.>

If a vampire character "left" the country, and rp'd doing things that were against the masquerade on purpose or accident, would they acquire a bounty?

Are zombies contagious or not? I'm pretty sure I've seen people RP it both ways.

Question on wraiths....

How are they connected to their 'master'?

As in - would it be legitimate RP for them to be having a convo with someone on one side of the city, or in the SR, and for their 'master' to be able to hear the answers or see through their eyes somehow so they can know how the convo goes?
