Re: Friends or Enemies (Skiff Farkas)
He had ideas did he. It amused her and it would be a topic to revisit later. Shrugging as he asked for suggestions on where to go, she was at a loss but the city help potential. Watching him as he cleaned off his sword, she just shoved her dagger into the top of her biker boots as she liked seeing the blood on her blade and would clean it later so that she could sharpen the blade. As she crossed her arms, his jacket almost swallowed her whole. He was taking his time as he cared for his weapons and wondered if he was naturally this slow. It would be interesting to see him in a real fight.
Chuckling as he held his arm out to her, she nodded as she would accept his generosity. He wasn't going to stop calling her 'Highness' and she wasn't going to continue to tell him her name. She would make him remember one way or another, even if she had to beat it into him. "Honestly, the city is pretty large...we can go anywhere. I haven't been able to explore that much. Think of the dangerous possibilities." She wagged her brows at him as she took the first step towards the door.

Re: Friends or Enemies (Skiff Farkas)
The tone sounding from his phone surprised him, amazed that it hadn't been damaged in the fight. Taking it out, the text message from his sire with an address, tell him the keys was under the mat. " Well then the address I just received in a text seems like as good a place as any." SKiff says guiding her to the elevator, returning his phone to his pocket. When the elevator arrived they stepped on, when the doors closed he was on her in a flash, his hand moving to trap hers behind her. Pinning her against the wall, he took her mouth in a kiss. He could feel her struggle against being pinned, so he pushed closer so that their bodies were touching at every point. Pulling back from the kiss, he used his free hand to drag his finger down the uninjured side of her face. "Have no worries Raksha, I am sure we will get to the dangerous possibilities. However for now," he said placing a gentle kiss on her lips this time "shall we go check out the apartment my sire was kind enough to get for me." He stepped back as the elevator doors opened and chimed announcing their arrival to the 11th floor. Holding out his arm again waiting for her to take it, he smiled.

Re: Friends or Enemies (Skiff Farkas)
Her eyes looked at his pocket when the sound interrupted them. Perking her good brow as she watched him pull the phone from his pocket. Uncrossing her arms as she shoved her hands into her pockets as she waited. What she didn't expect was they suddenly had a place to go, so much for sight seeing. "And what address did you receive?" He didn't give her a response before he started guiding her towards the elevator. At least they weren't leaving the building. This might pose to an even more interesting evening then beating the crap out of him but she wouldn't lie, that was fun.
As the elevator arrived to the bottom floor, she instantly stepped on. Turning just to have him on her in a second. She smirked as he pinned her to the wall, feigning a struggle to not hurt his ego because she knew how fragile a mans ego could be. As he pressed against her, she couldn't help but chuckle as she was amused at his attempt to show dominance. Her arm did hurt a little bit as the pressure was pressed against the wall by their bodies as he pinned her. As his lips pressed to hers, she kissed him back.
As his words slithered into her ears, she laughed. "We could have gotten to the dangerous possibilities already..." His lips pressed against her own again and yet it was gentle. What the hell was this ****? They had gotten hot, heavy, and shed some blood but now they were acting like mortals in those cheesy romantic movies that one would watch on the Hallmark channel. She would accept it for the moment but he would have to learn. Nodding her head as he asked about the apartment. "Of course we should check it out. What's the point of having a home if you don't ever use it?" Taking the offered arm as they stepped off the elevator. "So which one is it?"

When the elevator reached the 11th floor he grabbed her elbow guiding her of to the left. Looking at his phone again he found the key where it had been placed, opening the door he stepped inside. Of course it was empty, not that he expected any different. It was small , a bedroom to the left and bath to the right. The rest of the appartment was open concept. Turning he raised his hands, holding them out to his side "Welcome to my humble abode, it's not the hilton.... dropping his hands, he smirked. Okay lets face it, you'd probably be better off at the hilton. That being said. He turned the smirk still on his face he turned to her, moving over to the door locking it. Now about those dangerous things Highness.

Re: Friends or Enemies (Skiff Farkas)
He seemed like he was almost a different person than when they were down in the lobby killing beasts that roamed about. He was a man of mystery but one that she would figure out because everyone disclosed who they truly were over time. Letting him lead her to his newly found place, she waited until he figured out where the key was hidden. As the door opened, it was a fresh new place with nothing inside while she took her first step through the door. Looking around at the open concept of space, it showed that there were possibilities. Closing the door behind her as he spoke. "It's a brand new place, what did you expect? Most places don't come furnished unless it's in the contract."
Perking her brow as he assumed that she would be better off in a Hilton. That was bold of him even though she wouldn't deny that was where she was currently living until she could afford a place. "How does being at a Hilton measure up to having your own place that you could do anything you want with?" Shrugging off his large coat, she dropped it to the floor next to the door. Carefully she pulled off her boots as blood was the last thing that needed to be tracked through his home unless they cared for another battle. Then the blood splatter would be welcomed as she didn't have to clean it up.
It was when he turned toward her, stepping in close before locking the door behind them that she realized he had other ideas. Wanting to dabble with the finer things that were more dangerous but again he called her highness...that clearly was a nickname that would follow her. "Depends...I don't think you can really handle all of this." Raksha used her hands to gestured toward and down her slim frame. The Russian, stepped to the side, giving her the freedom to move about the room. "Besides...you have to think about what you are going to do with the place. Any ideas pop up yet?"

Re: Friends or Enemies (Skiff Farkas)
"I didn't expect to have an appartment to begin with, looks like I will need to find some furniture." Skiff said leaning against the wall to remove his own boots, his eyebrows went up when she showcased her body. Shaking his head he pulled his shirt off. No point in keeping it on as she had done a number on it with that wicked little dagger of hers. Thankfully his pants were only bloody, he dropped the shirt next to his coat. Opening the pack next to it he rooted around only to find he didn't have another in there. With a sigh he stood back up, turning to watch her walk around the room.
"Well I am thinking a torture area over there," he said waving to the left, "a table and some chairs over there." Waving his hand to the right. "A comfortable couch, after that I guess I would kinda wing it." Walking around his hand on his chin as he looked over the room as if placing things "Oh! and a stereo... gotta have some tunes. Maybe a weapons rack." Looking over to his sword and rifle by the door. " Though I guess I should through a bed in there some where. So what about you? What would you do with this space?" Skiff asked moving into the kitchen area, leaning against the counter his arms crossed. He hadn't missed that she had side stepped him, he purposly didn't take her bait of not being able to handle her. Looking at her again letting his eyes travel from top to bottom, he took in the sight of her. He would be lying if he said he wasn't affected, but her attitude. It interested him to see what he could do with that. His mind turned the idea around, causing him to smile. This was going to be almost as fun as their battle down stairs.Besides...you have to think about what you are going to do with the place. Any ideas pop up yet?

Re: Friends or Enemies (Skiff Farkas)
She watched as he removed his boots and shirt. Raksha would be lying if she said he didn't have a nice build but that wasn't entirely why she came up, though maybe a slight perk. Trying to figure out why he was rummaging around in his pack only to then hear the sigh. Probably different clothes. Did he not have any others? Was he a bum? That would be something she might take care of later since she ruined his shirt but that would be decided later.
Looking to where he moved his hands as he answered her question about the place, she nodded. What she didn't expect was her opinion. Perking her brow, as she looked over the space. "Well you would at least need a couch so you could relax and a bed is needed for rest so probably should have that as a definite purchase, not just a 'I think I should throw in a bed' because it's weird not to have a place of living if there is no bed. Mine as well treat it like a warehouse for torture if you skip the bed." Walking around the space she thought over the different options. The kitchen area was small but doable. The larger room he wanted the torture area yet a place to entertain with a table and chairs unless that was strictly for eating. Nodding her head at the thought of a weapons rack. "The weapons rack is needed, maybe even a gun safe. Though why a stereo when you can get a smart speaker. It's just as good and gives you space if you wanted to decorate more."
She turned to face him as he moved to lean against the counter. There was a smile upon his face but he hadn't said anything. Clearly he had his mind on things but what was the question. Taking a seat on the floor, she crossed her legs as she looked up at him. "So...what's the deal with the smile? Care to share your thoughts with the rest of the class?" She didn't care what he thought of her and if he took her tone as condescending then that was his problem but he intrigued her because he went toe to toe with her without issues. Unlike when she lost to her sire and became a vampire but seriously...a single human couldn't win against a vampire but the attempt was there.

Re: Friends or Enemies (Skiff Farkas)
A smart speaker would be alright, but you just don't get the same bump from the bass. Pulling out his phone he sends a quick text, then puts it back in his pocket. I am planing on getting a bed, I was just thinking out loud. Though now that you mention it.... a torture warehouse Putting his hand to his chin he tapped his finger, thinking about it. Something to mess with once I get this place..... A knock on the door interrupted him. Moving to the door he unlocked it, stepping to the side he let the people in watching when they carried in a couch a table and some chairs. Moving to his pack he takes out the enough to pay for all the furniture, handing it to the man and taking the shirt they brought. As I was saying, a torture warehouse could be interesting, it would be a lot more fun then doing something like that here. Would have a place to keep more tools and toys. He said pulling he shirt over his head, closing and locking the door after. Walking over to the couch, he moves it where he wants it doing the same with the table and chairs. Walking over to Raksha he holds out his hand The couch is bound to be more comfortable then the floor.

Re: Friends or Enemies (Skiff Farkas)
He had a point about the speaker and the bass but either way it was to each their own. She used whatever was convenient and in apartments, most small items where convenient to make space. Shrugging at the thought as she stretched out her legs, crossing one over the other before they began to roll from side to side. A smirk slipped upon her lips as he thought about a torture warehouse. That indeed would be fun and holds a lot of potential. Raksha was curious about the text though but the thought slipped from her as the knock echoed through the apartment.
Her eyes drifted over to the door in wonder as to who was interrupting them. When he unlocked and opened the door, she stood up to avoid from getting stepped on as furniture was being delivered. Watching as a table and chairs were placed. He was quick to picking his items off the floor but as the couch was placed in the center of the room, she plopped down onto it. Crossing a leg over the other as he put on the shirt that was handed to him after he paid the gentlemen. "Well that was fast. You just found out about the place. That must have been one helluva text that you sent." Running her hands over the fabric of the couch, she nodded. "It's quite nice and rather cozy."

Re: Friends or Enemies (Skiff Farkas)
"What can I say, it's good to be the king." Skiff said chuckling, "Seriously though, the text went to Asia, my sire, She knows the city much better then me. Told her I had a friend at the apartment," his phone dinged again and he checked it then laughed. "I am guessing the people that just walked in were already on the way. However the text I just received said "I should have waited, she wasn't done with it yet." Moving to the couch he sat down, turning so he was facing her. " So tell me about Raksha. We are both obviously new to the city, and you are really talented with that dagger of yours. So what else is fun and interesting about you?" He leaned back against the corner of the couch. He studied her, she looked relaxed like she didn't have a care in the world. Yet he had no doubt if she felt threatened she would react just as he would. He agreed she had potential. He wanted to learn more, wanted to see what makes her tick.
