Dismembering is so passe and lacks any kind of artistic charm. Breaking the mind is far more engaging and yields far more interesting results.

Psh, not a clue. Maybe just hear their story? Ask questions from there.

Well couldn't possibly be the fact they're seemingly immortal and exist in some weird existence between actually being alive but not being considered that way by some.
