I've kept it purposely vague, but you should all understand what their purpose is given my description earlier. That means that IC wise, your character was previously recruited by this shadowy organisation. Play that how you want to.

Generally speaking, you don't talk about The Source on an IC level unless speaking to other members. I think that makes sense.

I've set it so Byzas (Byzantium) is leading the group, but he's one of those hands off types. He just pays attention and gives guidance, but members are generally free to do what they want provided they're doing it for the good of the big evil corporation that wants to rule the world from behind the curtains.
