Chat XP you mean?

Yeah

sorry if this was already obvious to everyone but me... lol But, the times the energy doesn't increase at the hour? Has the chat xp also ALWAYS failed to run as well?

Well the night I was talking about, we did get energy, at least that I noticed. It was just the chat that was acting up at that hour.

Again, been getting energy on the grid but no Xp in the chat.

Then I think it might be a new/separate bug... any sign of any code barf anywhere?

Yeah, seems to be a new thing. My best guess is that when the chats are very slow, and then very fast in one hour, day change halves the chat logs and it doesn't leave a full log for the hour. So what I'll do is have day change only clear about 1/10th of the logs.

did anyone else have this just happen? (not gain hourly energy)

Yeah seems like the chat logs stopped clearing for a while, or were clearing too slowly to keep up. I've whittled it down and changed the settings.

Although, if this was causing hourlies not to run then I don't understand why it was still giving chat XP bonuses during the past 5ish hours.

I wasn't in chats tho? I haven't been in ages...
