Allies Trasporting TO attacks [a] (Dark Theurgy, etc.)

From what I read, it seems like that time it might have simply been somebody passing by. Did the ally even attack Harry in defense of Charles? If not, then it could just be a passer by. Either way, we'd need the name of the person who was teleported by a regular attack. Is it not possible that an ally of Harry could have been in the area?

With this thing with Dark Theurgy, it seems that it pulled allies of Doc to defend Doc from the power, and those allies were teleported to the attackers location. Which would usually be right, except for the teleportation thing, which was due to the power being a ranged power (which shouldn't happen again). Were any of the characters NOT allies of Doc? The alts for example?

Gideon has Charles listed as an ally. So hmmm I'm wondering if he could have transported due to the retaliation code thinking the Charles was under attack.
