Yes, that's right.

You don't get on the bounty list/able to be hacked and found/all that jazz. But when the alert level is up and running, it goes up a smidge and any human PCs in the square get your ID.

However, being spotted feeding in a security 2 location can still alert human PC characters, giving them your identity. This change was made because it's now far too hard for regular, non-magical humans to find vampire identities.

if you are seen feeding, it wasnt successful....if these incidents happened indoors, with that message...
You are seen feeding on a human! The alert level of the entire city increases.
You successfully feed on the human, and steal $4 from them.
You seal their wound, and leave the human dazed and confused.
there was a spycam same as the other thread

Like on the other thread Wolfie - Spotted and Interrupted are completely different things.

Spycams didn't exist when the change was made back in 2012, and it's been that way ever since then.

I just got this and I was inside the building in the new Gangster area of the grid in a security 2.

You are seen feeding on a human! The alert level of the entire city increases.
You successfully feed on the human, and steal $4 from them.
You seal their wound, and leave the human dazed and confused.
The human turns out to be a hunter!
He slices at you with a concealed sword, and wounds you!
Writhing in pain, you do not notice which way the hunter runs

Digo just had this happen to him outdoors in a Security 2 square:

You are seen feeding on a human! The alert level of the entire city increases.
You successfully feed on the human, and steal $1 from them.
You seal their wound, and leave the human dazed and confused.

Additionally, Digo has the Safety turned ON, so this definitely shouldn't have happened.

ADDITIONALLY, Digo has Silent Hunter.

Security 2: Inside Gangland Crack Den; she also has safety on.

I haven't heard of the double (and conflicting) message happening for a while now. Any word on this?

Actually I think Nimue got that. It's actually gotten quite hard to feed in the Hub for a few days there, not sure if it is a run of bad luck or what. I'll pay closer attention and take screenies next time it looks funky.
