No, a farm is 75. And a single farm isn't a whole square owned by one player.
Could always go halves with someone. 75 each for a square with 2 farms. Doc and his kid maybe?

I was thinking that one of those Grey Squares could be turned into another farm development.
A farm the size of a city block (World Map grid square) would be a lot more than nine small plots and a farmhouse methinks.

Oh yes, we know what you meant and what Mora was looking for. It was Doc's player saying she wanted a separate one, away from all the others, that started the individual square convo.

I loves my farm. Simple. So much rp possibilities as well. Granted right now Zo's looks more like Castlevania on the outside, but we working at it.

This. I'd actually like to see where you can just purchase plots or something on grid without property.
Or just buying land without having a house or w/e on the land layout.
If that makes sense?
