There's random things thrown all over the floor down the hall as I make my way down it.
Chairs tipped over. An empty barrel that used to house something in it. Picture frames that are broken, glass everywhere and other things Dirtybeard threw down to try and slow me down.
He knows his day of reckoning is on his ***.
And without his crew around him, thanks to the two women I don't know joining in on tonight's party, the odds really aren't in his favor.

The chase takes us down to the back room.
It's a room that connects to a garage, but is mostly used for storage.
Storage of guns. Drugs. Other business ventures the group takes part in.
Things they don't want others seeing, which is why this garage is in the back.

I walk in to find the garage dark.
Quiet too.
The big metal door isn't open, so I believe he's in here still.
Hunkering down.
Waiting for me to make an appearance so he can use it to his advantage.
Only, we're both at a disadvantage.
There's not much light outside of two windows on opposite sides of the other.
They provide some light, but not a lot.
Which means we won't see the other until it's too late.

If I pull out my lighter for a light source, I'll give myself away.
I'm not ready for that yet.
So I decide to be direct.
"Dirtybeard." I say his name, standing a few feet in front the entrance to the door.
"All your boys are done in. Best to come out and handle this like you do. Like a leader."
I'm giving him the chance to come out.
I'm even giving him a slight advantage at the moment.
I'm not hiding.
And I'm talking.
It shouldn't be hard to tell where I'm at.

"How do you think this is going to end, Roderic? Even if you kill me?" He talks after a few seconds of quiet.
He even moves and stands. I hear him shuffling around to my left.
"You know it won't end here. They'll be coming for you."
I nod my head. He probably can't see it, but it doesn't matter.
I know the can of worms I'm re-opening.
The can they opened first.
"I know. I'm counting on it." I say calmly.
Confidently.
Just before I see a burst of color coming from my left, letting me know Dirtybeard made his move.
