I know for some of us that are Paladin we don't automatically rp that we know all vampires because on the grid we don't unless the identity has been shared with us by other Paladins or the vampire themselves. So I would say having them attack everyone is more true to what actually happens which our rp's are partially based on.

One of the paladin powers is that when there's a vampire nearby, you feel it and the whole atmosphere becomes uneasy. As well as that paladins have a revulsion to the undead - numerous ways to play that one. If you're surrounded by people, you won't know which is the vampire. But if there's only the two of you, odds are...... lol

However, I'm not sure what that has to do with the rest of the convo - prob cause the pain meds are making me fuzzy. The hunters that are being talked about are humans and paladins, the same as the paladins played by us players. In RP, the ones in the sewers are just more fanatical - obviously depending on how you play your Paladin.... Eachann is pretty fanatical. lol.

I had a charrie interact with him once, and Eachann was clothed during the entire rp, while hunting my killer out in the open.

So sure, he was a little off his rocker. But what paladin isnt? Plagued by vampires will do that. >.>
