Patricia was trapped there was no real way out of this. She knew she was dying she could feel herself dying inside. She refused to swallow she was a monster sure she would be the first to admit to that, but she would not prove him right no she’d prove him wrong she would refuse and she did. She refused to swallow as the blood pooled into her mouth.
It was hard not to swallow hard to stand there and take it but she didn’t have any other option. This was not how she expected to die. She took deep calculated breaths through her nose as she would spit the blood from her mouth. She hated the coppery taste of it, hated how thick it was on her tongue and hated herself for considering swallowing it and just be done.
The thing was she wouldn’t though no matter how hard he pushed her. Her knee came up into his groin one last time, it was a stronger hit this time, everything she had going into it. She may not be able to kill him but surely he could still be hurt. At least that was what she hoped. Her dead eyes stared at him as she felt her life slipping from her body.
It became harder to keep her eyes open; her breaths became ragged and turned into gasps and coughs. She had not expected to die tonight, of course now that didn’t matter. She knew she would burn in hell for the things she had done and somehow that did not scare it. It should, it would scare any normal person. Somehow though she just didn’t care, there was no bright light, nothing comforting to what was happening, only the darkness. In was surrounding and invading her, taking over everything around her. Her body began to go limp as her breaths turned to stutters of something barely there.
