Great work by all the banner makers. There are some amazing artists here :)
I feel like someone's subtly asking for a banner.

Those banners look amazing. The way the coloring brings out the tones and undertones in the flesh is fantastic. Whatever this friend of yours taught you, you muuuuust show me.
I'll make it worth your while.
Somehow.

The techniques I have learned may be rather basic. Mostly they were time-saving tools... like learning how to remove backgrounds quicker, especially around hair. Everything else is created from my artist's eye, I guess? I actually put a lot of effort into Elizabeth's where I painstakingly had those roses put in. It was like I was growing them myself!
Thanks for the kind words, all. <3
Perhaps I should put on a competition, where the most gentlemanly of gentlemen get to have a bespoke banner & avatar set. (Because I clearly think so much of myself).

I feel like I'm unworthy of all this appreciation. O.O
I have Photoshop CS3 and I learned that there was such a thing as the Magic Background Eraser option as well as the Burn tool. It changed my life, but, you might have already known about these "secrets". >.>
