Not an update, more of a request. Please do not use my personal IM addresses, email address, or facebook to send me abuse regarding the game.

If you have a complaint about the game, post it on this forum or PM me with it, or I'm going to be short with you, ESPECIALLY if you word your complaint in a rude, abrupt, sarcastic or abusive way. Complaints about the game are always welcome, as I'm trying to improve Path constantly, and it's making a lot of progress in part due to these complaints. However, complain on site, and do it without being rude, please.

Minimum amount of days required to make any script is now 6 (which is 2 source codes with a max level cauldron). This will not affect the time required to make any scripts which would ordinarily have taken over 6 days anyway.

Chat logs for RP chat are now available to lair owners. The owner of a lair can access the logs of the lair they are currently standing in by going to the location based RP chat page, then clicking on the new "chat logs" link. We will rarely clear out the chat logs, but when we do we won't delete anything posted within the previous month. Still, make sure you back up your roleplays or post them on the forum after you're done.

Please note that only admins and developers are able to see universal chat logs (OOC, RP, any location, etc). Otherwise, you must be the owner of the lair in order to read the RP logs.

Fadeportals are now available in magic shops and the karma shop for 10 karma. This means that you no longer have to contact me to set up a fadeportal.

All instructions are given when you go to buy a fadeportal. They can only be placed once, and are only one-way, so if you wish to set up a two-way fadeportal you will need to buy 2 and place one at either end. They can only be placed in public areas without an owner, or in lairs / apartments owned by yourself.

Yes, there is a new riddle in the city which will lead to a tome that will be useful to vampires. The reward will be available to anyone solving the riddle for the next few days.

There is also a very powerful new level 13 ritual tome available somewhere in the city (not telling you where or how!) that will be useful to both vampires and humans alike.

Now that the ritual of sire's virility has been discovered, the cap on the number of childer you are able to sire has been adjusted, as the high cap was always intended to be temporary.

The new formula is generation + 2. So if you are a generation 3 character, you are able to sire 5 childer before you require somebody to perform the new ritual on you to free up more slots (2 at a time with the ritual). Most people will probably find they have all their slots available to them once more, for various reasons.

The harassment policy has been reworked, simplified, and clarified to make it easier on everyone. It is now also known as the NIA policy.

Those with existing step 2 harassments should be aware that the new definition of step-2 NIA now applies to them.

I'm moving house on Sunday, so I'll have packing to do until then, and probably won't have my computer set up for days afterwards. I'll try to get some important things done today, but other than that you'll have to accept my apology on the big delays.

In case of emergencies, you can get Keara to call me and I'll find a way to get online. The mods and admins should also be able to cover most other issues until I return.

Crippling an enemy instead of killing them will now make them invisible for 2 hours.

There was an issue with some random events not doing much to change the city alert levels, which has now been fixed. You will probably notice the city alert levels increasing or decreasing more often from now on.
