lmao.
Didn't save them, sorry dear. But your weapons are better than what Enver has, being he's a lover and not a fighter.

So, to throw the cat amongst the pigeons........
CC initiated. CC lost.
Thistle initiated. Thistle lost.

lol.. yeah. so take that off the 'possible bug list'
the only trend I noticed so far is - if Thistle's opponent uses blade she does, if opponent uses gun, she does. Okay.. time to get to class. ;) laterz

Lyonel just initiated two fights against Patrice and lost both. Thistle initiated against Pat too and also lost.

It's not a fair fight if all you have to do is be the one that clicks, unless you can back yourself up with decent powers to defend and destroy, you ain't fighting back.
I disagree. I think it would be a problem with battle tactics. If you observe some of the other battles, you can see the other party fighting back. It could be as simple of a matter as if you are the defender, if you have your power usage set to, "Use whenever possible," your character will use powers until out of anima.
That still doesn't change the fact the clicker seems to win most of the time, unless the opponent has damaging powers in their arsenal, or gets a rare hit , though those are very rare from the logs so far. Also some powers are not working right in gauntlet, the whole thing is not working right and the wins so far have not been fair wins, for pretty much every fight. the evidence is pretty clear on that, the opponent rarely fights back, only using powers. Thus the initiator has the advantage and all you have to do is basically be the clicker, unless, as stated your opponent kicks your *** with powers.
This is a tournament after all, the system needs to be working right for the competition to be fair. Otherwise what is the point? Just showing up and clicking is NOT a strategy.
In a lot of cases, even the attacker has been using more powers than what I am used to seeing. Thus my point that it lies within the battle tactics. Have you tried adjusting your battle tactics at all to see what might trigger an effect in any way? This morning, I have been talking with Prudence this morning while she was sparring with C.C. going over battle tactics, because it didn't make sense. She changed it around to where she was using Throw 2 sometimes and during the course of the battle, used it six times.
This is occurring in even npc battles. I changed Shamus' powers to use rarely and he still managed to use three powers during the course of the battle which lasted for four attacks. It's not the gauntlet that's the problem, it's the battle tactics. It might be a bug that David or Natasha will have to hash out or it might be intended to be that way. If it is the latter, we are going to have to figure out how to work it.

Is it okay to already spar your second round opponent, even if others haven't yet completed their first round fights?

Not most. So far it's been fairly even, as far as clickers winning or losing goes.
