So, how is that working for them, or possible?
Humans just have internet forums, not Crownet. Vamps can read anything humans post (unless it's like an invite only forum for hunters or whatever), because humans don't know who is a vamp and who is a human.

If a vampire, who is blind (but not since birth, but was at turning) has their eyes gouged out, would their sight return when the eyes heal back, or would they return to the state of blindness at their turning?

...or would being turned restore their sight right away?

For that matter, if Mystics have to possess a new physical body when they return from the SR, could they find themselves suddenly blind after possessing the body of a blind man? Or perhaps the reverse if a blind Mystic possessed a sighted body?

Can a vampire see the manifestation of a spirit/wraith when using or being attacked by raise vampire?

I know no discussion, but I think I remember David saying at some point that it depends on the view of self that the vampire has, and since he's not here, just in case it's an urgent thing. If the vampire views himself as sightless, he'll stay blind; if he views himself as seeing, he will be able to see. The bodies are a physical manifestation of the vampire's view of self; even down to whether or not the vampire can see him/herself in the mirror is a representation of the vampire's self-view. It's like a less-extreme version of how Allurists can age/de-age and how the body a Mystic takes over can, over time, take the original vampire's form (except in the mirror, if they can see themselves in the mirror).

Is it possible to combine the Allurist power Silver-Tongued (convince a shop keeper to give you 10 percent off anything you buy, or 10 percent extra when selling items back to them) and the Telepath power Palterer (get 25% off your next purchase) for a 35% discount on an item?
If so, how does it work RP-wise? Silver-tongued implies that your character is just better at talking to the shop-keepers, but Palterer says you control the merchant's mind for the purpose of getting a discount. Does combining the powers simply make your character seem extra persuasive (on the grid)?
And if it is possible to combine these powers, does the combination work on everyone that sells an item from a grid shop? Magic shops, regular shops, Forge, etc

My questions is this.

For Impact thread purposes, how does Roleplaying and Getting a bounty work together?

I've heard many different thing, but the most popular thing I heard, is Crow watches through security cameras all around the city. Though, since Crow is a Telepath, supposively >.> Still say he's a Fae, i'm wondering if there are other methods.

But, if it's only cameras, can they be avoided by, hiding ones identity via, the power changling, or something as simple as say, a paper sack over ones face and some sort of clothing that hides any body marks such as scars/tattoos?

Though, on the changling front, if say, Cliff used Changling, and attacked a police officer as Pru, infront of a camera, who would get the bounty? Pru, because the camera's caught her as the one killing the police officers, or Cliff?

ETA: Also crossed my mind. Does time move differently in the Shadow Realm in RP terms? Not Grid.

I asked David about this about a year ago and the answer was "no, it's Silver-Tongue or Palterer, you can't combine them". Or words to that effect. Also, the 2 discounts are applicable to all selling places except The Forge, at least that is what David told me last year. I think he had intentions of including the Forge, but then either didn't do it or changed his mind (or it has been applied and I didn't realise since I have never used The Forge).
