Seren had to smirk as she looked over at Jan, listening to his words. She chuckled and snatched her glass from him, playfully. After, she took a long sip and spoke. "Always the smarty pants, love." She smiled and looked out into the crowd. She spotted Zodiac and grinned. She made a mental note to go over in a bit and get her hugs. It was then that Zeze spoke again and Seren laughed.You're welcome whenever and.. wherever we are dear. Anytime for anything."

She grinned and then her eyes cast at the door. Jonah. She gave a pleased smile. She had not seen him in a while and it was good to see him out and about, though she was a bit surprised. Last she had seem him, he was so stressed. Being in a crowd like this was shocking. More hugs on the list.

He liked when she laughed. It proved she was relaxed and truly enjoying herself, instead of merely saying it.

“Just goes to prove, you should not count the old man out.. he might just surprise you..” He grinned fully at her, as spun her and pulled her back into his embrace. “Dancing can tell you quite a lot about a person.This tells me you like to be in control. You do not want to be led, you want to be equal.. this is good.”

They danced in silence until the music changed. He lifted an eyebrow, and his lips quirked in a knowing smile, “Do you merengue?”

She would admit that her curiosity had been piqued by the invitation. With CrowNet secure again it lent a certain amount of comfort to daily activities. That little thing had giver her some additional confidence when considering whether or not to venture out.

Granted, she had needed to google 'Victorian fetish' before she left.

Thankfully, the previous owner had left an unusual amount of unique clothing when she had... left. Ari had little difficulty selecting some leather pants and an overbust corset for the evening. The cream colored overcoat cover her fully as she made her way into the club and glanced around, sliding along the wall as she cast around for familiar faces.

Nerissa watched the people around her starting to dance and mingle. She noticed Pyper come in and started dancing with a man she didn't recognize, but it looked like they were having fun, which was good. Nerissa started to sway to the music again, enjoying the atmosphere. She may not have talked to anyone yet, but it's been fun watching. So far she wasn't regretting coming tonight.

I have bias; I already know those things about you.” In the same way he had known she liked the control, the equality that very little people decided she deserved. They wanted more for her, but to have it be given. Not earned. That was strange to her. Why they would eliminate the work. Lucretia enjoyed to work.

Then her eyes saw Nerissa, the dyed hair announcing her presence. That sire’s ache, the call of their blood singing through the music.

“Wait, I want you to meet someone,” this abrupt interruption to the original plan was coupled with the tremendously overcompensatory pull of a tiny woman, to drag the older man in Nerissa’s direction.

he smiled and waved she. He saw Serendipity. She seemed to be in the middle of s conversation but he trusted they would meet up later. It seemed like quite s few others were there that he knew. Most were paired or grouped off and he would so he headed to the bar and ordered a drink, his large frame assisting him in quickly pushing through the crowd. Soon, a large cocktail of some type that he didn't recognize but that he trusted was palatable was in his hand and he turned back to face the crowd.

When Constance first left, Sence opened her mouth to begin to protest and considered to assault the woman mentally in jumbled panic. She didn't like being left alone unless she was in her shop and automatically, she began to shrink back into the wall as she waited. "Get back here!" She squeaked into the woman's head, her tone mousier than she particularly liked. A moment later, it was only when the blonde returned that she relaxed and eyed the outfit that her sibling wore. Following after, she smiled warmly to the other blonde. "You look beautiful, my Freyja."

Doc was about place his hand on her hip, to give her the first lesson in merengue, when Lucretia pulled him toward a purple haired female. So this was Nerissa. Lucretia had mentioned she ‘made another one’, a female this time. He smiled pleasantly at Nerissa, nodding affably, “A pleasure my dear.” He wanted Nerissa’s first impression of him to be positive.

As he smiled at Nerissa, his eyes caught sight of Ariadne leaning languidly against the wall jsut behind her. His polite smile became a wolfish grin. “Ari..” He lifted a hand out to beckon Ari to join them. He allowed his gaze to take in the full sight of Ari in skin tight leather. He would have to offer to help her out of it... later.

Nodding, Lofyn listened to what Zodiac had to say. Any advice was good advice, right now. "I'm thinking of opening up to more crafting ideas, too, like incorporating vials of blood into things like wooden box designs, or carving hair sticks from Mooncalf bones. Wouldn't that be a sight?"

Oh, she had so many ideas, she didn't even know how to list them all. Leather sheaths for knives, guns, swords, and such things, custom designed for whomever wanted them. Bone cameos carved with her own claws. Even semiprecious stones set into carved bone adornments.

She had a lot of work ahead of her.

Hearing her name the allurist turned to see Pyper drag her friend over and introduce him. "Hey Charles. Nice to finally meet you." She held out her hand to the man, studying him curiously. So this was the man Pyper told her about. He seemed nice enough, and he seemed to like Pyper, but who knows what he'll think of her. She learned a long time ago to always be wary of strangers, but Pyper seemed to trust him, so she let her guard down.
