I'm also curious as to what would happen if a vampire tried to feed off of a Demifae. Should we take the grid mechanics to mean a Demifae might have some instinct that kicks in that allows them to prevent the bite? Rp wise would a power like som-om-nom-bulism work an a Demifae. (Even if it left the vamp puking on the floor?)

In the past distance traversing powers were given a maximum range of 5-ish miles. Does the same limitation apply to Homebound Tomes?

I can't find anything to quote you and am not a member of the team but I wanted to get back to a few of these questions and try to help if I can.

In the past myself and others have roleplayed that fadewalking done by free will is not an unpleasant experience and even as a way to escape from 'reality' or hide from others. However. If one had some roleplay curses in particular, that may not be the case and in some cases, a writer could reasonably choose to have their vampire trapped in the SR, and in torture, forever.

I am 80% sure that there was a limit but a search here on the forum didn't turn up anything useful for me. I would avoid roleplaying a tome home having any range greater than any of the powers, grid or roleplay, just to be on the safe side until TPTB can get back to us.
