Busy. If one was to even think about entering her lab, for any reason to see even if she needed something, she would of only muttered that one word. That one single word over and over again like someone who had been locked away for years and could only remember one single madding word. However most of her family didn't bother to come down to her lab, which meant that she was normally left alone to do whatever.

Fact, not a single person in the last week had come to see if she was even alive still down there. Which if she had been a human being, she would of already been in the hospital over two weeks ago. She hadn't 'eaten' a single thing in over a month but she didn't mind that fact at all. At least she hadn't until things started to blur... until she lost her balance and came crashing down onto her lab floor, glass tubes, chemicals shattering across the floor with her, burning and cutting into already far to thin vampiric female. The burning pain was the last thing she could recall as she passed out.

-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-

Slowly she opened her eyes, licking her dry lips she slowly sat up. “No....” she knew there should had been tears rolling down her face but when she lifted her hand to see if her cheeks were wet, there was nothing. Nothing at all, “To long...” she whispered softly, that was the only thing she could think of. She was a vampire yes but still she the blood that flowed in her system from the blood bags allowed her to keep her body or at least she could only assume it did in the standard human like built. The same amount of pints of blood remained in her system... and that hadn't changed after her turning. Though her blood couldn't replace itself on it's own, not unless she used her own special gift.

Her mind looked at the mess, 'perhaps it wasn't all lost... ' she slowly lifted herself to her feet and made her way to her computer, mindless of the shards of glass that splintered out of her body, the cuts and burns that had been the end result of her lack of blood. Typing in the password to the protected file. She moved down to, her last entry, her eyes scanning to the clock, there was 12 hours missing. Yet all that was lost was what she had been working on. Slowly her eyes turned back to the table, “Maybe... please...” she slowly got out of the chair and as quickly as she could began to move her hands madly over the papers and files. “Just... bits and pieces... I... I can use this... I can...” her eyes moved back down towards her supplies and she fell to her knees, broken shards of glass pushing further inside.

I... I... I'm out... it's... it's gone...” she whispered softly, the last of her blood sample was gone. How was she going to replace it? The man was dead when she had found him in the first place in the morgue... there hadn't been much left. Her mind began to race trying to figure out what she could do, “his... bones... maybe there...” as quickly as she could she rose to her feet.

She would need someone to dig up his body. Her eyes moved towards the ceiling, she was going to have to go upstairs to do this, seeing as she had left her cellphone in her bedroom to assure that she was left alone. She mentally groaned at the thought of making her way up several flights of stairs but she knew she had little choice but to do so... that was after she dug out the shards of glass so that her body could even begin to try and heal itself.

-+-+-+-+-+-

It had taken her about an hour to make it to her room and back down to the living room, where she stood fearful she wouldn't be able to stand back up again at her reflection. She gave thanks to her beloved Moon that seemed to always give her peace of mind and an inner strength she wasn't normally aware of when it wasn't shining down upon her... it shone just over her head, that if she turned sidewise, the waxing creist moon reminded her greatly of the painting of Mother Mary and Baby Jesus more so if she stood back some from the mirror. Still it wasn't her face, or at least not the face she was used to seeing shining back at her from the mirror that was looking at her.

She looked like a very old woman, going on 102 years old. Her face was heavily wrinkled, not from old age but from the lack of blood. Slowly mummifying she was sure and found it hard not to want to take herself into her laboratory to study the effects but even had she been able to do so, any tissue samples would have been nothing more than rotting flesh turning to ash. “Would that happen to us?” she lean closing looking at her milky white eyes, unsure if that was from there more or less more natural look in the light or something more... something else. Trailing her fingers through her white hair she sighed, it wasn't too thin but it was rather uncomfortable still to see her hair so white. “Is this what....” she didn't want to think if this would had been what she would've looked like had she grown old.

Trailing her fingers across the edge the mirror the flipped on the webcam and saw for the first time that her body had not even began to healing process even after an hour. True she was not bleeding, there was likely so little blood left inside of her that it her body could even heal in the first place. Yet outside of that there was no change at all between what she was being shown by that piece of her soul to what was shown in the webcam. Flipping it back on her eyes trailed up towards the moon that shone still, as she began placed a hand against her chest where her heart was she willed herself to pump good fresh blood.

It was amusing to say the least watching herself slowly age backwards with only two pints of blood in her system now how her hair had began to darken some from it's pure whiteness, how her face seemed to be less wrinkled that it once had been, and she had began to slowly heal like she should of done and would have done had she not been starving herself, so lost in her research. There was also a freshness and less aching pain in her step that she hadn't felt before as she made her way into the kitchen.

Making sure she looked around carefully she carefully knelt down, noting the pain in her joints as she moved the wine rack to the side. Odin... had talent... and she knew part of the way this place worked was thanks to Christopher and his genius mind as much as Odin had with his talent of building. She let the sadness of Christopher remain for just a moment longer as she lifted the wooden panel away revealing a hidden cooler, with it's special pin key lock. Punching in the code she pulled several bottles of what anyone would didn't know better would think was wine. Closing the door and putting everything back in place she grabbed a wine glass and poured her a glass.

She had to get to the body, but she had to drink... had to get her strength back... and not fall half way through leading whoever she could get in touch with to the woods and dig up the body for her. After downing two bottles of the blood she made her way back to the living room, looking more in the mirror she chewed her lower lip as she stared at her reflection. 'Looking younger...'

'Yeah, if you call being a 50 year old woman young' she closed her eyes taken a deep breath, she sure did let herself go. Running a hand through her pepper and salt hair she frowned softly at her other self that reflected in the mirror.

'Better than looking like we're 102 years of age.' she turned making her way to the indoor garden and took a seat in one of the chair, putting the glass and bottle down she pour herself another glass and stared at the moon from above the glass ceiling.

After finishing the last bottle she knew she would still look much older still, maybe in her late 30s if she was lucky, but that was what happened when you didn't feed for such a long period of time. She didn't have to look exactly like herself, after all she knew she would age with grace, her father's blood and her mother's blood and shown her just how gracefully her family on both sides aged and she had never seen a photo of any of her family members that had not shown any sign of gracefully aging. Why would she be any different? Sure she would look older, maybe with a few silver hairs around the edges of her face. Maybe just a few laugh lines... but not anything that would make one guess she wasn't Serenity or if they did, not related to her.

Digging out her cellphone from her pocket thinking she should of gone up those stairs after she had fed herself and not before she shook her head and went down the list of names. She text several people, with a simple:

  • I need help in my research. I need someone with a capable body who doesn't mind a bit of hard labor tonight. Text me back ASAP if you are willing to help me.

True she knew that most wouldn't reply or if they did it would be 'they were busy' very few weren't scared of being taken to her private lab, and those that weren't scared, tended to still be wary. Putting her cellphone down on the table she debated about getting another bottle of her 'special' wine when the reflection in the wine glass began to turn a pinkish-red. Slowly lifting her eyes up towards the glass ceiling she watched as it began to swirl around her beloved family symbol.

Eyes narrowing she watched the once pure silver light of the moon turned to a redish-pink light and then pain. Like someone was opening the gates that she had kept so carefully under lock and key, all the things that she didn't want to let out seemed to rush through her. “I'm... safe...” she kept muttering over and over as she held her chest, “vampires don't have heart attacks...” there was no danger to her. There was no reason for the part of herself she called Dragon to kick in. She fell out of the chair as the pain came crushing down on her chest.

'It's unnatural... it's all unnatural' both parts of her soul screamed inside. Her eyesight went dark, she couldn't even hear the rushing flow of blood, her pounding heart but she felt the sheer pain of it all even to the tip of her hair. She wasn't sure if she was screaming, if she wasn't she didn't hear it...

The pain. It only continued. Compounded with his fear and desperation to get back to her...back to Verity.

Then there was Ever, his shy shadow friend...

“God damnit! Ever....don't go to sleep!” he growled and struggled once again against the chains that held him. What he would not give to be at his full strength, to be fully within his vampire powers. Ironic. This whole time, he had wanted to be back to “normal” and now here he was wishing that he had his vampiric powers back. This is one of those moments where one did not realize what they had until it was taken from them.

For how long he struggled he was not sure, but he just could not give up, could not allow them to win. Whoever the **** they were.

“Ever! Please! Stay awake!” he pleaded with her, as the thought of being alone in this place was not one that he wanted to cherish. There were not even the unsettling whispers from the shadows of afford him company. Just as her head sagged forward, their captors made an appearance. As they went for her, he snarled and struggled even more.

“Stop it! Get away from her! Can't you see she is hurt! She needs help! You ******* assholes!”

For all it would appear he could have been shouting at a wall, as they all but ignored him, while they removed her chains and then half carried, half dragged her out of there. The sensation of being completely helpless was not one that he enjoyed at all. He knew they would come for him next, it did not take vampire senses to know that much. Unfortunately, for them he was not one to go quietly. He might be without the enhanced strength and powers, but as a human Nolan had not been a push over.

Life on the farm prepared him to handle most humans without trouble. When one has to wrestle a large animal to ground and throw bales of hay all day, muscle develops. Muscle that made for him to not be just some push over when they came to get him. The moment he had one arm free it swung to catch one of them square in the nose. After that it was a blur of motions, him throwing them off, them rushing him again. Through the scuffle they managed to him to the van, but it took another three to even begin to get him into the van.

It took a jab to his wounded side to finally knock the fight out of him. There he sagged against the wall of the van, his mind a flurry of thoughts as he tried to figure out how to get out of there. A glance to Ever and the thoughts changed to them out of there. Even as he thought about that, the one who had been on the floor of the van began to stir. Before he knew it the man went to Ever and unlocked her cuffs, then did the same for him.

“Thanks man....” was about all he got out before the van screeched, jerked and then came to a halt.

“Great...what now?”

Then the door opened....

“Ever!” he shouted as he jerked the door open. All of his focus on her, he barely noticed anyone else. “I'm here, love,” he whispered to her as he gathered her into his arms and held her close. “There is a manhole not far from here. We can get down there and hide from them,” who the words were spoken to was not specific, such was his focus on her. It had taken all that he had to not rush off into the night after her.

Earlier that Evening....

Think. He had to think, had to plan, had to get information

With all that had happened, it seemed somewhat odd to spend his time in the library, but he needed the information if he was to be able to help her. It took every ounce of his being to not rush to her. Book after book, shelf after shelf, he searched. Until he finally got himself the information he had looked for. It was obscure and it took him a moment to translate, but he thought he had an idea. Armed with knowledge, his most powerful weapon, he was back on the streets and in search of Ever.

Close! She was close! I can feel her!

Daniel thought to himself as he rounded a corner and watched a group attack a van. Their grotesque appearance more than enough for him know they were vampires. The sword was in his hand and he ran to the van before he could think it through.

With a jerk he yanked the door open and there she was. The relief that he felt, he could not even begin to express in words or even proper thought.

“Let's go!”

When they got to the manhole, a man who followed them moved the cover. A word of thanks was given to him before he jumped down with Ever in his arms. The cover was replaced and the trio ran off into the sewers together. They just had to wait out the night. Come dawn this would be all over.

“I've got you.....I've got you....” he whispered to Ever while they ran and sought a place to hide and wait it out.

She was busy working on a new musical score when Wolffyn got Serenity's message. She sent back the healer a reply that she was home and upstairs and would be right down if Serenity wanted to meet in the living room. Taking a few minutes to put away her work so Winnie wouldn't chew anything up, Wolffyn looked around for her pug.

"Winnie?" She called out gently "Where my Wiggly Winwin?" Wolffyn was confused, the overly affectionate young dog was never out of sight, she adored attention.

Looking under the bed, she saw Winnie cowering a corner. No matter what Wolffyn did, her pug just refused to come out. She started to get really really angry but stopped herself from going under the bed after Winnie and dragging her out. If the dog was spocked by something, that wouldn't help the situation.

"Fine. Be that way. I'll be downstairs."

The redhead stomped down the staircase taking three steps at a time but froze when she heard a scream. It sounded like Serenity.

"Serenity!" She shouted as she raced to the sound pulling a long hunting dagger from her boot.

She stopped short when she saw.. a zombie?

"What did you do to Serenity!?!?" Screamed the often volatile redhead who suddenly felt even more violent. Wolffyn raced towards the frightening looking creature with her blade raised and an evil snarl on her lips.

The other occupants in the apartment temporaly forgotten about, Alexandrea stood at the window transfixed by the sight of the angery red silver of a moon. To anyone watching her, the blonde would have reminded them of a deer caught in the headlights of an oncoming semi.
Zodiac wrote: Calling all itches, witches and just plain bitches.

Zo here. I am sure by now you know the situation is somewhat strange this eve. You also should notice some of your original abilities are starting to become available as well. I have an idea to stop this, or at least slow it down, but I need some back up so I can finish what I start. If anyone can SAFELY make it to West Towers and make their way to the roof, you will find me. But let me know you are here. I have had to shoot at unwelcome visitors already. Reply if possible. If you can't come, it is okay. Blessings and be safe.
With a startled jump, Alex realized she was getting a text. She anxiously read the message, hoping it was good news about someone she cared for. And it was. Zodiac was alive and on the very roof of the same building Alexandrea and her friends were hiding out in. Quickly, she went into the kitchen and pulled Mike and Morgan aside, whispering to them quietly enough that Nimmy wouldn't overhear and become frightened again.

"Don't argue with me now, either of you. I have to go. I'll stay safe and be back for you as soon as I can. In the meantime watch out for each other and for Nimmy, please. I'm not sure about these other people but they seem nice and they have opened up their home to us."

Alex paused to send back a text to Zo that she was already in the building on her way before motioning to Mike to follow her back out of the kitchen. "I'm going to take the fire escape," She whispered quietly while pointing out the window. I want you to secure the window after I am gone and make sure it is locked. Alright?"

She took a glance around the room to be sure no one was paying her any attention and climbed out the window and on to the fire escape, trying not to look down.

She had gotten lazy, depending on her skills and powers as a vampire while neglecting her natural abilities as a cat burglar. But years of practice kicked in and she couldn't help but grin as she started to climb, The surge of adrenaline undiminished from her loss of magic and emotion. The roof seemed very far away from the ninth floor but she scaled the iron structure quickly until she was almost at the top.

Alexandrea was positive she saw the silhouette of a cat against the night sky, pacing around the small wall the was built around the rooftop, with bright cat eyes staring down at her and a tail swishing from side to side. "Ginny?" she called out softly and then sucked in a deep unneeded breath as a large figure lunged out of the darkness towards her.

She managed to get out her glock and fire off a few rounds as the naked man swung a sword at her. His body tumbled to the streets below drawing the attention of another hunter in the alleyway who opened fire on her. Her body pressed tightly to the building wishing for the darkness of the night to hide her from his aim. She got lucky and was only hit by one bullet but it was in her leg and it hurt like a *****. After the gunfire stopped, she heard the sounds of foot falls coming up the fire escape below her and quickly climbed the remaining distance to the top level of the fire escape then grabbed hold of the ladder leading to the roof and began to climb, using her arms mostly to spar her injured leg.

Her only thought was of getting to the top and then sabotaging the fire escape so no one could follow.

Taking only the briefest of moments to rub cheeks with the cat that was waiting there to greet her, Alex took out some containers of oil she had in her crafting bag and poured them down the fire escape, grinning as she watched the human that had been pursuing her slip and slide his way all the way back down. A moment later and she was on her phone, texting Odin. She typed in quickly not worrying about typos with the almost complete darkness.

Hi Odin. Alex here. I promised I would let you know the next time I got myself in a jam. Well, guess what. I'm in big trouble. I could really use some help if it's possible. I'm heading for the roof of the West Towers. Hunters and Paladins everywhere. Stay Safe.

It wouldn't be long before others began to climb up once the two bodies below were discovered. Alex was only able to beat the naked hunters half the time on a good day. There was no way she could back up Zodiac on her own.

She looked down again at the ladder and the fire escape but without her tools, she was at a loss as to how to do anything to prevent others from taking the same route she did. She would have to just stand guard there. After she had greeted Zo.

"Take me to Zodiac, Ginny" Alex told the cat, only slightly surprised when the cat actually did turn around and led Alexandrea to the Mystic.

The large brown river otter swam through the blue water twisting and twirling with the currents. Others joined in the aquatic dance as one otter became many. The largest otter was a dark brown with a wide band of white fur from his chin to his feet. He popped its head out of the water before he flung his body into the air in a somersault before splashing back down. He popped his head back up and looked around. A buzzing noise shattered the serene silence of the night.

He paddled over to the river bank and looked at a small tree stump poking out of the surface. The screen of a small cell phone glowed, and the small device continued to make noise and vibrate in a pile of clothing. The otter gripped the edge of the tree trunk and pulled his body up so he could get a good look at the phone. He shook his head and grabbed the phone with his mouth and slipped into the water and flipping on his back. He set the phone on his belly and poked at the screen. His eyes moved from side to side and then it began poking at the phone again.

“I can be there to help. Give me a moment.”

He put the phone back in his mouth and lifted his body to the stump and put it back on the clothing. The otter shut his eyes tight and shook his head from side to side. Nothing happened. He sighed and grabbed the entire pile of stuff on the stump and vanished from the water. Within seconds it was at Serenity’s Estate and nosed his way into the building. There was a scream about someone doing something to someone else. He saw a woman charging at an older one with a bladed weapon. The otter sniffed the air and looked confused for a moment. He recognized the other by sight, but the older one he didn’t. Another sniff and he dropped the loot on the floor and let out a high pitched squeal. The otter charged at the rampaging redhead and dove headfirst into the back of her knees.

He ran and leapt onto the couch and gingerly sniffed at the glass embedded in the woman’s flesh. He made various squeaks and looked back and forth between the two women.

The sudden impact at the back of her legs took Wolffyn off guard and she lost her balance, tossing the dagger to the side and her hands rushed forward to break her fall.

The redhead growled and got up in crouch quickly, locking eyes with an... otter?

What the hell was an otter doing in the house?? She had already retrieved her blade but she paused before launching herself in a new attack at both the strange zombie like looking woman and her furry four legged protector.

Wait, what the hell was going on? Where did this animal come from and why was it trying to protect this undead creature that must have done something to Serenity?

Wolffyn looked around a lot more closely. Where had the healer gone? She would know that voice anywhere and she had heard her friend screams coming from this room. But there was no sign of a body or even a pile of ash.

Looking back at the otter as it chirped and chattered at her, Wolffyn got pissed.

She was not cruel to animals but she felt rage right now that she couldn't explain or control. That animal was in the way of her and who or whatever that was who could tell her what happened to her Serenity. With a snarl, Wolffyn raced forward and kicked the otter, sending it tumbling to the other side of the room.

Pinning the creature down and holding her dagger to it's throat, Wolffyn hissed into it's ear; "Where's my friend. What did you do to Serenity?" The hissing had made Wolffyn need to draw a breath and in doing so.... she caught Serenity's scent. On this creature. In shock, Wolffyn took another sniff, drawing in the scent more deeply.

She pulled her knife away quickly and sat up from holding the woman's body down.

"Serenity???" She asked in amazement. "What... what happened??? Hold on I'll heal you!"

And the redhead tried, she really did. Over and over again she tried until she yelled out in frustration. "It's not working! I'm so sorry Serenity! I tried, I really did! But I seem to have lost the ability to heal..."

The iPhone buzzed in her pocket. Zodiac sat her ink and brush down. The pentacle was nearly finished now, so she checked the message.

Alex was here? It made sense in a way. She could imagine some setting up a gauntlet into the residents to stop or slow the stormtroopers (as she was starting to call them in her mind) from claiming fresh victims. The entire night was having the effect of making her remember stories she heard as a child from her grandparents. About events that started a war no part of the world was safe from. The 'stormtroopers' were back with a new idea of 'The Final Solution' in motion. Who knew being a vampire made you Yiddish. The Francezci line survived (barely) such insanity before, and one of the last of the Ferenczy was determined to do the same not just for herself, but for others as well. Even the ones she would not mind seeing taking a one way trip into the Shadow Realm.

Gun shots now, very close. To her, it seemed someone was shooting up at the building itself. She had kept herself low and no other roof tops within easy range of the tower gave anyone a clear view who or what was up here. She saw Ginny pacing about and looking down. If the gun fire was for the cat, the familiar was not showing any signs of being in danger. She grabbed her own gun and began to slink her way to where the cat was watching.

Suddenly, a shadow appeared over the edge. It climbed up onto the rooftop and the girl crouched for cover. Rather than focus on the shape, she watched Ginny's reactions to the silhouette. Face nuzzles?

"Take me to Zodiac, Ginny"
the shape said after she watched it dump a couple containers of oil over the side. The sound of someone falling down metal stairs was not lost on her. ******* stormtroopers were everywhere tonight. Whoever this was, they were like Zodiac was- prey this night.

She stood up with her Psylen plainly in view. Being a vampire did not mean automatic friend. Several came to mind as she watched the cat walk up to her and sit at her feet.
"Traitor." she half smiled under her veil as she watched the person approach. No weapons in hand. The walk suggested female, but like Zodiac, this one had tried to keep themselves from being hit by the full glare of the moonlight. She wanted to laugh now. Two vampires looking more like escaped mummies trying to figure out who each other was.

Carefully, she signed with her free hand and followed the letters with a question mark.

Killian stood there, totally dumbfounded for a moment. Gambat had just started beating the driver of the van to death, even though the man had answered the question that was asked of him. Then, someone he had never seen before in his life tore open the back door of the van, grabbed a girl that was inside, and then took off with another man close on his heels. The Killer pinched the bridge of his nose for a second, trying to make sense of what the hell was going on when he noticed two more people still in the van. His thoughts were all over the place. 'What the **** just happened? Eh, they'll probably be safer underground anyway. It's darker and they're less likely to be found. Damn my hip hurts... Should probably get these two dudes out of here.'

He vaguely recognized both of them, but couldn't tell exactly who they were due to the transformations that everyone seemed to have undergone tonight. For some reason, though, he thought that these two men were close to him. The Irish vampire smirked and pulled them out of the van, before yelling over to Gambat. "John, drop the son of *****! His brains are all over the asphalt! Help me get those two up and around, and we'll go get her."

Killian smacked Chad in the face a few times, trying to determine his level of consciousness after the wreck, and then nearly did the same to Wolfgang, but he noticed that the man was awake and unlocking the others that were in the van. "Alright boyos, get the hell up. Your asses just got saved."

The man looked over to his absolutely livid friend and sighed, then quickly limped to him. A hand laid on Gambat's shoulder. "C'mon mate. We can try to head 'em off in a minute. Worst case scenario is we get to the church just a few minutes behind them, and can get to her before they hurt her any worse. And we'll make these bastards pay."

Killian pumped his shotgun quickly, making sure there was a shell in the chamber, and then he pushed a few more into the weapon. A laugh left his lips as he thought about what he'd said to the weapon when he first realized what was going on. He had no idea at the time just how right he had been. A quick ammo check made him realize he was running low, so he searched the bodies of the men that he and Gambat had just killed. A grin flashed across his face when he noticed that Michael's body had about a hundred shotgun shells stored in an ammo pouch on his belt. A second later, and the entire pouch had been liberated and was now hanging from Killian's uninjured hip. Then his attention turned to the newly freed vampires. "You two wanna join in on the slaughtering? There are a few weapons and ammo on these bodies over here if you do. Otherwise, I suggest you find a place to hide."

Re: Blood Moon.... (Open, PM me if you want to be plot)

Ishani-Snow had been for the most part trying to behave. It hadn't been an easy task trying to be a good girl who didn't run the streets at night and it didn't help that a few times she had woken up not in her bed but in the middle of the street, a back alleyway or somewhere else that wasn't home. Which was exactly what had happened this night. She had taken a warm bubble bath, had put on her baby blue PJs with little black cats that her grandmother had picked out for her the other night (which she kept saying it was the mean kitty's cousins). Her grandmother and grandfather had put her to bed, gave her a kiss on top of the forehead and turned off the lights. A light breeze had come across the window as she drifted off to sleep. Now when she awoke it was to the sound of gunshots, dumped in the side of the street as if nothing but a piece of trash.

She rubbed her eyes as she heard gunfire, it was still dark out. Her eyes slowly adjusted to the dim light of the alleyway that she had awoken in, “Not again...” she muttered staring at her bare feet, “no shoes...” she murmured almost in a trance. Taken a deep breath she sighed and leaned against the brick wall, “place smells bad too” she stared at her hands for a moment willing herself to fully awake, “Stupid Angel Wolfgang why he always doing this to me?” that shot of anger caused her to get up onto her feet. Which was just in time, as she heard even more gunshots.

Shifting left to right she slightly wondered how much trouble she would get in if she simply followed the sound. That wasn't what a 'good girl' should do. Yet she was getting really tired of being a 'good girl' it was boring and it wasn't getting her what she wanted either. Sneering slightly at the thought of being a good girl and missing out on some fun. She ran towards the end of the alleyway.

Her blue eyes scanned the area, she saw nothing of importance which meant that someone had moved the fun away from her. Then she felt arms wrapped around her, “WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE?!” she squirmed as the grip tighten around her.

“Calm down little girl. It's okay... your safe now. If you are good girl, I'll get you some candy okay?”

Her eyes narrowed but she stopped squirming for just a moment.

The man spoke in a walkie-talkie, “I got a kid.”

“Is it one of them?”

The man sat her down given her a smile as he looked her over. Then returned to the voice on the other end, “No. Best guess, was taken and when things got bad, left behind. Not seeing even a bite marks.” He patted her on the head like some little dog.

“How old?”

“I'd say about 5...”

“I'm 7.” Her hands placed on her hips as she glared up at the really tall man.

“Ah she says she's seven.” Again his hand patted her on the head and she had to keep from biting the man, “Don't worry, you'll get bigger and look more your age in no time.”

The man turned his back, as if that alone would make his conversation with the man on the walkie-talkie private. That wouldn't stop her from making a get away she didn't like Angels for one. She noticed the knife on the left side, sticking out, on the right side he had a gun. She shifted once more before carefully grabbing the gun. She wasn't very good but she knew one thing, she couldn't miss him from this distance. She held it up at his lower back and slowly pulled the trigger.

Many things seemed to happened at once. Ishani-Snow feel backwards landing hard, the burning from scraping her elbows as she landed, and her bottom hurt from the hard fall. The gun had fallen from her hands which made since seeing how much her arms at the moment felt like her sore bottom. The sound itself echoed off the walls but most of all what bothered her wasn't the man who laid breathing and bleeding face down in the street but the ringing in her ears.

Getting slowly to her feet she made her way towards the man, careful not to get blood on her clothing she stopped and picked up the gun, she didn't know how to check anything on a gun so she wasn't sure how many bullets were left. Pausing she looked at the man who was gasping from the pain, trying to find out why God had done this to him.

Crouching low she stared at him, “Hm.... God isn't very nice is he? I mean if he cared so much he wouldn't have let you get hurt. Now ya hurt and that's cause God is punishing you for being bad.” She didn't wait to see if he had anything else to say as she held the gun towards his head, “No worry, Daddy will love you.” She pulled the trigger once more, this time there was much ringing, though her arms still hurt from the backlash of the weapon. She crawled over his body and took the knife from the side.

She heard the man on the other end of the walkie-talkie trying to get his attention, how silly, the man wasn't going to reply because he was in Daddy's loving arms now. She looked around some. “Gotta go though...” she whispered, before patted the man some on the back some, “But don't worry, Daddy has you now...”

Ishani-Snow would've left then, yet she paused. Her eyes had finally got sight of the red moon that hung in sky above her. She growled up at it as she stared at it with disgust. It was clear she was debating how to shoot down the ugly red moon or stabbing it down when she looked back down at the man at her feet.

"Stupid moon is red, what a ugly color." she snorted as she crouched down, the man had several cellphones on him, she was pretty sure they weren't all his. Taken them all and his wallet in her arms she moved down a block before sitting down and laying all the cellphones out in a line. Turning them over one by one she took the back casing off of them and looked at them. "Let's see... Don Jr does things like this." She said pulling out the battery and then looking for anything else inside she could easily pull out before putting them all back on. She did this with each cellphone before finding one that had an extra little something inside of it. "This gots to be a good one!" she beamed as she put it back together and turning it around she hit the little buttons sending a mass text to several people.

'I got taken from home again. The moon is icky red.' she paused for a moment in her text message before nodding her head 'Man found me, but he got killed. Lost. - Snow' then sent it out. She knew who would likely get the text, The Lady, Don, Don Jr, Auntie Kitty but there was little chance two of the four would even be awake at this time and then the other two... well she knew demons weren't very good with cell phones, at least not all of them. Now all she could do was wait at least until she got bored with waiting.
