How are the other Fae in the area taking the appearance of this ancient demi-fae?

What happens when a Mystic takes over someone else's body? What happens to the previous owner?

And is it possible for 2 souls to be in one body? (For each of the paths)

"While there are documented cases of insane Necuratists, it is also true that most vampires of certain paths seem to go insane eventually anyway."
It would be relevant to Mori's interests if she could get her hands on some of those documented cases >.> Got a bone to throw me?

Also, could wraith thralls have any info about the Necurats? I take it most of the stuff in the wiki article on them, that is described as general knowledge, would normally come from the elders and wraiths? The article doesn't make it very clear how this general knowledge would become general, especially the theories about their connection to the SR and their attracting fae and such with their "tainted" presence.

So, for Rp, Pi needs to get physically restrained so she can be tortured by a human. What restraints can she be restrained with that would take, some time, and considerable effort, for her to get out of?

And is there anything, that could knock her out to get her on into the position of restraint? That a human could do?

If they had a wraith before then, and wraith thralls are bound to their vampire, then might they be able to resummon or "reconstitute" their original wraith, once they relearned the power in the modern day?
It's possible but no more likely than new vampires summoning those same wraiths.

Unless I'm completely daft, that up there doesn't answer the question as to why you didn't ask that the wiki be changed?

Do we just assume that, for example, Allurists have that extra ability to be a little more alert during social hours because they get extra experience from being around other people?
I could go many ways with this, but in the end if I went any other way with it, it'd be a secrecy violation for any vampire to be outside during sunrise. As cool as that would be in a real story, I have to think about gameplay too.

So yeah, I'll change the wiki to say that vampires don't completely pass out during sunrise, but have a serious urge to, and become as weak as a weak *** human. The resting bonus will probably also have to be re-written to say that it's not the situation that vampires feed of off, but the spiritual energy of the area. For allurists that would be a social, emotional energy, and for telepaths that would be an energy of thought and knowledge.

OR I'll get rid of resting bonuses. Which seems like a good idea in some ways.

These questions are about private Crownet areas that are deemed family/faction/wte else.

Is it possible to have both humans and vampires in the same Crownet area deemed the above things? Or would one not be able to decipher what is being written? I remember something about humans not being able to see what is being written in the public crownet areas that are for vampires only, but what about the other areas?

And if not regular human pc's can blood thief pc's see any vampire area crownet areas, family or public?

Not sure about that. Lots of Newbs go for resting place bonuses.

That's a quirk really. I will eventually make it so that when somebody dies, all their wounds vanish, seeing as they have no body and all that.

All this talk about Killer's and their death cycle inspired me... You have kind of revealed that the Killer's body isn't particularly important... but would it still be possible for a dead Mystic to inhabit the waiting shell of a Killer if it returned from the SR before the killer did?
I'm going to leave that up to roleplayers, but you'd need the permission of the owner of the other character whose body is being stolen.

Dex wrote:Regarding RP and history, how much of this is accurate for Necuratism? All? Some? None? Write-a-good-thread-and-we'll-see?

I linked to that specific post because I rather liked that one when I found it, but there are several interesting suggestions in the thread, and it does make sense that there might be multiple names for the practice over the course of history, as well as multiple tales attached. If a character were to use a word like Judeccans or Dask'iya, would they be referring to something, or would they just be making up words?

Feel free to roleplay that as you like. It doesn't really harm anyone's roleplay to say stuff like that, and as long as it's not anti-canon I have no problems with people inventing some pre-holocaust history as they did with some of the religions. Watch for conflicts with the existing canon, and make sure to clear it with me if you want to invent something major that happened pre-holocaust.
