She nodded her head as Mason began to answer her question, taking in all that she had to say. Carefully listening, it seemed like she was most young humans that weren't sure of the path. Everyone went through a phase of uncertainty, it was common in life unless their life was mapped out already by family traditions. "Art is a good place to express ones feelings. You are more than welcome to come by the art gallery to spend sometime." She tilted her head when she mentioned that she was a paladin. "A paladin...interesting. I never noticed your paladin tattoos before. Did you keep them covered up?"
Nodding her head again as Mason continued. This was Harper Rock, it would be unusual if one didn't fight. Most fought to protect themselves and their family but then there was also those few rotten apples that fought because they enjoyed it. Some hide their desire to fight behind rules that they created themselves and others just because they got their kicks on it. Tilting her head and smiled. "Just because you back in another body, it does not mean that you can make it your own. If the clothes are wrong, go shopping and get your style back. If your hair is wrong, grow it out or cut it to suit you. Cannot help with the height unless you wear heels but you can still do that in combat boots with chunked heels if you do not like normal heels. People....not sure how to fix that without context but I am willing to help with ideas if you tell me more."
Talking about being mellowed from her recent death made her frown even as she nodded her head. "The Realm of Shadows has strange effects on people and different effects. I personally tend to go a little mental and it sticks with me for a bit when I return to the Realm of the Living. The fighting is normal though I am not sure how it is different unless it focused on the creatures running amok through town then by all means, focus as much energy on them as I feel it slightly helps with human perception." Canting her head to the side, thinking on her next comment carefully as she leaned forward to pour herself a cup of tea. Leaning back, she just held the warm up in her hands. Thinking a moment longer before she spoke.
"Just because you are a vampire now does not mean that you are not who you once were. Yes, you have to learn your new life but there is still fragment of who you once were within you, it is just taking the time to find it. Meditation can help or even just trying things that you once loved. If you would like, I can try and help anyway that you would deem necessary."
